"Ordered a coat, website says 18 (xxl), arrived and the tag says 24-26 (2xl). Paid 9.99 for next day delivery. Customer service saying they delivered the size I ordered, screen shotted and showed the website and they still won\u2019t admit fault.\r\n\r\nAnd I now have the privilege of returning to them at my own cost."

"I purchase a pair of golf shoes that turned out to be faulty - a seam opened up after 3 or 4 rounds of golf in the first 3 weeks. Customer services felt it was wear and tear and did not feel that replacement or refund was appropriate! Customer service is very poor with little regard for consumer rights it seems. I will not be buying from Sports Direct again and recommend others reflect on my poor experience."

"This store have stolen my money. I returned an item that was too small and at first they said that the item had not been received, despite Royal Mail confirming that it had been delivered.\r\nThen, after eventually agreeing to refund me the money, they never actually did - but updated their system to show that the refund had been issued (3 weeks before they had argued online with me about not receiving the item apparently - why would they do that if they had already refunded me??) and are now telling me the issue is with my bank.\r\nMeanwhile, I have paid for an item that I no longer have, whilst they can sell an item again that has already been paid for once."

“I've purchased a coat present for my brother, online and I have paid next day delivery guarantee £7.99. I've received my coat 3 days later after the frame times it should be!! I'm chasing sports direct for a refund. As they didn't meet the criteria. Please be careful don't used this company as you can't rely on them!!”

“Sports Direct has the best collection of clothing, shoes, gym bags and gym towels for my daily training needs. The leggings from USA Pro are so comfortable, high rise and did not slide down when running or skipping. The pink top has such a breathable fabric that relieves itself of sweat/moisture quickly as I train. I would have preferred however if my delivery actually came next day when I had paid for next day delivery (it actually arrived two days later).”

“Initially went into the Exmouth shop to buy a particular pair of Asic trainers. Served by a very helpful lad but they did not have my size instore. I was advised to look online and see if they had them which they did in several colours. Chose the colour I wanted ordered them. Delivery was 4.99 which was going to take about a week but for a extra 2.99 I could have next day delivery. They arrived via DPD the next day and he left them in my safe place after I received a message to say when they were going to arrive. No problems what so ever.”

“Quick delivery, ordered on Saturday, received the shoes on Monday (even though expected delivery date was Friday). Great trainers, I have issues with inflamed nerves in my foot, can’t wear anything that has hard soles, tight front, rubber toe etc.. these shoes are perfect, very comfortable, no pain whatsoever. Also more feminine when wearing with dresses etc, doesn’t make your feet look chunky/big.”
