“I bought a phone from Sportscene Alex mall June, after 2 months of using it, it starts giving me problems, so I decide to return it back so they can either replace it or fix it.
I’ve been going in and out of the shop trying to understand why I still don’t have my phone.
I gave them an alternative number to contact me but even till this day, I still don’t have my phone and they do not even bother contacting me.
I’m very disappointed at your service and lack of care. I have to travel all the way there just to check what’s the hold up!?
Should I go as far as calling your head office?

“This online store is a total Rip off , I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1s on the 4th August 2022 ,Nd I've been waiting ever since for my order to be delivered but nothing , when I try to track my order , it tells me that my order was cancelled , I didn't receive a call , text or email to let me know that they were cancelled, the worse part is that they blocked my account , I don't know how cause I can't even check whether they refunded me or not .
Sportscene is the Worst Store when it comes to customer satisfaction and being reliable.”
“Purchased something online on the 15 July item was out of stock i was told I will be refunded it takes 1-10 working days after multiple emails and calls that nobody can assist with I am still on the 1 August left with no refund. Poor service and pathetic.”
“I ordered a pair of Airforce 1s from them online and was sent a faulty pair. When I asked from an exchange they informed me that they don’t do that and I’d have to make a plan myself. I went to the Vincent park branch and they were friendly enough. They kept promising to help me and week after week excuses kept coming up or the staff would forget. They found a pair for me and asked it to be sent and it was never sent or followed up. Another staff member has been helping me for 3 weeks now and I am yet to hear anything back. I have been dealing with them for over a month and keep getting pathetic excuses for the poor service delivery.”

“Sportscene sells fake Nikes, I ordered 2 pairs of Air Force ones online and they both came with major defects. The heel on the one shoe couldn’t even touch the ground and not to mention the stitching, it was terrible! I spent R600 on a Nike tights and withing two months the logo is torn and peeling off as if it is just a sticker that was put on a black tights. This makes me never want to buy branded clothing from sportscene again as they are ripping their customers off.”
