“I am really happy to find job and opportunity from Staff Heroes, doing a great hospitality work with 0 hrs contract and lots of shifts to do whenever you want more money. I am also glad to learn things quicker such as in Waiter; how to carry 3 plates when serving and 6 plates when finishing, how the sessions runsand how to deal with complaint and just today I learnt things I never knew in few hrs, which tells me ‘Impossible Is Just An Option’. I am starting to learn how to improve a customer service, learn how to master multi-task which requires persistence, great determination and an amount of time.”

“The application is pretty easy to use and there are some jobs available. However, there are certain factors that may improve usability from the point of view of Staff Heroes. The "Reject" button should be replaced with "Hide", I believe this is more accurate since we are not personally rejecting the job. The option "Show jobs in other categories that require no previous experience" gets re-set every time you come back to the main job search screen after clicking on a specific job. Distance filters (5 miles, 10 miles etc.) seem to not work at all, it would be great to have all jobs shown on a map. I cannot see the rating of companies and most jobs advertised are not related to my work experience. It would be helpful to have all jobs listed in separate folders, such as "Waiter", "Bar Staff", "Host", "Stand-by" or perhaps to add more search filters. Apart from Wembley Stadium, most jobs seem to be in West or South London and further away.”

“emergency health problem made me not been able to do a shift their response??! -they deactivated my account! the problem is they still need to pay me for the last shifts that I've worked, but I cannot go online anymore to see when/how/how much will be paid! in short, a scam, taking advantage of people's work! they simply ignored all my emails asking about the payment!”

Hi Elena, Please accept our apologies for not getting back to you sooner - we promise we were not ignoring you! We simply had a lot of emails come in today after the busiest weekend in the year and wanted to make sure we responded to everyone individually. There was a simple misunderstanding when you received our first email. You contacted us immediately and so there was no issue. You will of course be paid for all the jobs you have completed with us. You will receive full payment this Friday along with your P45. We wish you all the best in the future. Staff Heroes

“This was my first shift with staff heroes and upon arrival nobody seemed to know about us coming, I say us because I was not the only one sent by staff heroes and it wasn't a nice feeling especially after a long journey to charlton when getting payed minimum wage. End up being barman instead of waiter on the 25th birthday of charlton athletic which is fine as it is in my scope but barman should be paid extra. Also I always have a problem when I want to pick up a shift which is available but don't give me the option to accept it ?? Despite having that work experience in my profile.. So you can probably understand why I rated 2 . Looking forward to hear your comments.”
