“Your sales rep was terrific -- knowledgeable and communicative. TV promo was a definite buy presentation!! Have not rec'd as yet -- try next week will be happy to report on how much we like.....or not!”

“I ordered by phone this time and they helped me to get everything at an affordable rate. The only thing I didn't like was when he wanted to sell you all this extra stuff such as gift cards and stuff to order magazines that part can be taken out”

“I am using the pressure cooker, but my biggest problem is I couldn't afford the cook book and I really think I would enjoy it more if I had it. The one with the cooker is limited and needed to use it. I am just so disappointed the book doesn't come with the cooker. I didn't get any of the rewards like the Wal Mart gift card they said I would get. The pressure cooker works great, but I am not confident enough to do anything except what is in the limited cook book. Maybe after I use it more and have food to experiment with I will enjoy it more. Maybe you should give the cookbook instead of the fry pan which is nice but I probably would have eventually bought the pan when I could afford it. Marilyn Bartolo”

“I have not used the pressure cooker yet. Its kind of hard to use the cooker when there is nothing to tell how the pressure cooker works. How can I fix that problem? I am sure the pressure cooker will work fine if I had the operating book.”

“I used it an hour after in was delivered. I made Corned Beef in an hour with potatoes and carrots, and the results were really good. So with just one initial use I give a good review until I have a few more used. Art Cayouette Enfield CT”

“I didn't order on line, I called. The one thing I see in my confirmation email that I don't like is I was supposed to get the copper oan free with my order, and I ordered 2 cookers. Now I see I was charged $14.99 for each pan. If this is accurate I will be sending them back for a refund.”
