“I bought this because it looked like a good product. It works well except the inner pot is very difficult to clean , now the teflon finish is comming off. I am very disappointed if you look for a preswure cooker get one with a stainless steel inner pot.”

“My cooker is just a couple years old & I have used it many times. Yesterday was making Italian ribs and gravy recipe, and while browning the ribs, power went off completely. Had to transfer contents of cooker to cook in pot on range. Not sure if it's the cord or the cooker itself. Will call company to see what they recommend. Very unhappy.”

“If you need parts for your Power XL it is very easy to order parts for it. The problem occurs when you order the parts and they do not properly package the part which while being shipped ends up getting broken. That is why I gave them a low score and hope they will improve this.”

“Last week I received the XLPC. I LOVE IT!! Used it 2 times already. First, I made a chicken stew. Secondly, I made a smokes Turkey. Mead was so tender and perfect. So was the vegetables!! My only disappointment is, the TV infomercial and representative told me I will be receiving a $100.00 grocery gift card. Wrong. They are making me go online and print the coupons I would like to choose. This sucks. It's a coupon.”

“I received a damaged one while pressure is building steam is being released. I told them and the sent me knew gaskets to go underneath the top. Other than that is cooks Great!”

“We purchased a Power Pressure Cooker based on the information seen on television and given to us via a telephone conversation. The cooker itself is okay, but the promotion information is totally false. They told us we would receive a $100 gift card for groceries. When I inquired about where to use this gift card they assured me it would be honored in many places. When we received our product we had a little pamphlet enclosed stating that Iowa residents were not eligible to receive this gift card and we were to get on a website to claim coupons instead. Out of these coupons we use about 3 of the products...a far cry from $100 value. The cooker is okay, not as fabulous as stated, but you can buy similar products in stores for a fraction of the cost and much less frustration.”

“Thank you for this opportunity to be able to respond. The pressure cooker itself seems to be fine the complimentary frying pan also is fine. My problem is that when I contacted one of your representatives about returning the deep dish cooking pan: which I honestly do not remember ordering, she was unsympathetic and I would say even a little bit hostile when I had questions about procedures to return the deep dish pan. But she was quick to ask me questions like have I considered giving it away as a gift if I don't need it. Well I did not call for alternatives on how to handle The Unwanted pan. I needed to know what I could do to return the pan that I did not need. Unfortunately she left me feeling rather disappointed that I even did business with you. We did not have a happy resolution in my opinion I just simply concluded the phone call .again thank you for an opportunity to express myself concerning this matter.”

“The pressure cooker does a really good job making food you have to be careful not to burn the food cuz if bottom gets very hot while it's waiting to build pressure. In the year that I've had this pressure cooker I've had to replace several parts because the quality of the build on this thing is lacking. And they seem to like to charge you every single time I'm starting to wonder if this was done intentionally too bad”

“When it stoped working I attempted to send it back but paying shipping plus the check I would have to send it didn't make sence... so I just ordered another one with a whole bunch of add-ons... so hopefully this new one I ordered will last.. after I ordered the new one they transferred me to a guy to talk about a free trip... the guy was very rude and said I didn't sound excited so he hung up on me... The pressure cooker when it did work was very useful in the kitchen But to return it and all the hoops one would have to jump through was not a good experience... After spending $299 this time around I'm hoping the xl will make me happy..”

“It does chicken and ribs great. Following recipe book did pasta and it was a disaster burned bottom of pot. Uncooked pasta. Had to order a new pot only owned a few months. Also needs the full 18 minutes for rice. But we use it every week for chicken”
