The two dishes I made in my cooker before the float valve quit working and fell apart we're very delicious. However, I didn't expect the machine to malfunction do soon after I bought it. That was very inconvenient and disappointing.

I didn't like all of the other things you tried to sale. I only called to order cooker. Over all it was ok and if I get it before Christmas I will be pleased

It's ok, just the infomercial is not straight up w you. The 100$ in coupons is a big pain in the arse joke and you know it!

I like the pressure cooker. But not real happy with costumer service and delivery time. I called to order a replacement rubber gasket and was told that it was discontinued and that I could send $25 for a replacement for free. I thought that was absolutely rediculous! So I called Walmart to see if they had the replacement gasket. They said no and didn’t know where I could get a replacement. So I called your company a second time thinking ok I really need this gasket so I will bite the bullet so to skeak and pay the $25 to replace my discontinued one for “free”. The man I spoke with told me that it wasn’t discontinued. He told me that they are fully stocked with replacement pieces and that there should be no problem replacing the gasket. He said we will get it out in the mail on Monday. This was on November 4 and I just received it yesterday. That over a month ago. So yes I am happy that I have it now but not sure I would purchase another one because of the huge hassle with the first phone call. And yes I gave her the correct model number. I would appreciate a timely response to this complaint. Thank you.

The ordering on line experience was outstanding with the pleasant person at the firm. The interface with the on-line services is less than satisfactory. First I could not order on line as when I pushed the final place your order key the charge card number and type of card disappeared from the screen. This occurred six times before I called and placed my order through actual talking to someone. Next, the interface between the shipment number and Fed Ex does not exist. I tried numerous times at varying time frames and never got a response from Fed Ex. Even putting the shipment number in the Fed Ex site manually does not work as Fed Ex does not recognize the number.

you call in to order anything promotions, takes 30 min to get off.. be sent with the order a time frame request add on to your card period of time to received,request if you care to order anything referring TV ad

The telephone rep should make sure the street address is correct be for the request is complete. I had to call back to correct my address for the FedEx shipment was done.

Don't even have it yet but I'm furious. Your website would not take my credit card for som reason. So I had to call in my order ( during work hours ) your operator was helpful but didn't understand I had to get back to work but his script didn't understand that. What I am furious about I suppose there is some website tracking software that alerts and says someone started to order and did not complete, I'd like to know who the woman that called my home and spoke to my wife and actually got huffy with her about did he get the order placed....yes I did and thank her a whole bunch for letting my wife know what I bought her for " A Christmas Gift ". How fullish could one person be. If she had a brain she would be dangerous. Thanks again I hope she likes her gift but thank you for spoiling her Christmas I would really appreciate a follow up email or phone call letting me know that someone actually read this review. Pressure cooker good but there online ordering menu needs work . Tried many times to order parts but it wouldn't go thru then had to call them to get it done.

I started with the 6 qt. and decided to purchase the 10 qt. Love the mechanics of the cooker but not the inside pot. The non-stick on the 6 qt peeled horrible so I had to order a new pot. Also, the valve on the 6 qt. broke andI needed to replace it. I am now extremely cautious with the 10 qt. I wish the company would offer a stainless steel pot without the non-stick coating. Unfortunately, Customer Service is lacking as you don't actually offer a solution. The company just doesn't send behind their product. I sent pictures of the peeled pot, it is obviously an manufacturing defect in the non-stick coating. The pot should have been replaced free of charge. I' am sorry I purchased the 2nd cooker as the inside pot has the same problem. I purchased the second one around 6 month after the first as I needed the size. I have to say aside from the pot issue the cooker works well. Having a pot roast in an hour is great! Just having to be extremely, extremely careful is not a joy!

I have not received it yet and they didn't tell me that it was on backorder or when I'm going to receive it and for my inconvenience you guys should give a discount or something or throw in something that you're going to charge me for
