“I HAD TO ORDER A NEW POT BECAUSE THE TEFLON COATING ON THE BOTTOM HAD COME OFF. I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I INJESTED SO I HAD TO REPLACE IT. I REALLEY LIKE THE POWER PRESSURE UNIT EXCEPT FOR THE TREFLON POT IT WOULD BE NICE IF A STAINLESS STEEL ONE WAS AVAILABLE. INSTANT POT HAS A 6QT STAINLESS FOR UNDER $100.00”

“my purchase was made by telephone. Mostly a good experience except that the order taker was constantly trying to "upsell" me . I was unhappy enough about this that I thought about not completing the order process...in fact, I told my representative I would not do any add on purchases and would end the conversation if she persisted.”

“The advertisement was motivation for purchase. The rep I talked to was very informative but arrogant. Gave impression he didn’t care whether I purchased it or not and he just kept asking me to buy something else. I’m sure he was doing his job, but it was irritating.”

“I have only just received it today...1/10/2018.....the cookbook and canning books are not what I was expecting....they are more like pamphlets.....most recipes are not something I will be making, but 2 or 3 were something I may try......I would really prefer some practical daily use advice w/o having to join a group to watch on you tube what they are making in it.....so I'll see what happens in next 30 days, weather I return it, because the XL may be way too large for my needs.....we shall see”

“I was able to get my replacement part (silicon washer and pin). I initially spoke with someone right away and could hardly understand the women on the phone. She asked for my model number and told me there were no replacement parts and then transfered me to someone else. After a 30ish minute wait for that next person I was able to speak with someone and was able to get the part for my pressure cooker THAT I LOVE! Thanks...just wish I didn't have to wait that 30 min?”

“I used the 800 number to make my order. I had several questions I wanted answered first. I would rate it 7 out of 10. Just to many add ons. Prices not to bad, just kept adding up. Some of these should have been standard items included in the price (lids, tools, cookbook...). Hard to rate - haven’t used it yet...”

“Well I ordered that item because I know it works good after my cousin purchase one over two years ago. Only thing I don't like, is when you order something over the phone, and the sales person try to get you to order other items, I don't like anyone putting addional pressure on me.”

“I initially called the phone number given with the TV promotion. It was a horrible, ineffective trip from hell! Over 55 led to a walk in tub ad. Under 55, went to life insurance! I went to your Web site and called the number given. That worked. Pleasant and helpful lady who answered my questions and renewed my peacefulness after the first phone experience. I suspect that you loss sales due to the side-ads being promoted. My husband, Mark and I already have a 6 quart pressure cooker. We have enjoyed the product, but are looking forward to the one button technology and the larger capacity. Simone A. Machnik”

“I purchased the 6Qt unit on Sunday after seeing the infomercial on TV. On Tuesday , after surfing the internet, I saw that the unit that I purchased was now on sale for 25% less.
