“Like the pressure cooker. But was very unhappy about you all never sending me the grocery coupons. I tried contacting and letting you know still no response. I rated you as very poor custmer service.”

“pressure cooking eggs in it is awesome, nothing better. Rice/Risotto setting, 1 1/2 cup water--When done put in ice bath and they peal perfect in about two seconds--Never boil eggs again, pressure cook em. I've done dozens and perfect everytime.”

“Pressure cooker works great. Don't order anything extra. Ordered a spatula and never received it. Called about it several times with no results. Pan on the inside rusts.”

“I purchased the Power Pressure Cooker XL as a gift for my daughter, she has been using it for pot roast pork roast and other things, she loves it and will continue to use it going into the future. It Cooks the most delicious and tender Meats. Looking forward to new products as well.”

“I love how moist meat stays when cooked under pressure, and really like the variety of applications for this cooker, versatility of slow cooker crockpot style verses pressure cooker setting. Like the many settings. I would like to see a more durable sealing ring and a lower replacement fee for it given how quickly it wore out. Wore out in less than 1 year. I also would like the option of a high grade thick aluminum pan insert for certain dishes to choose instead of the nonstick for certain applications.”

“I enjoy my pressure cooker very much but was disappointed that I could not order accessories directly online without calling customer service. When I did call they were very helpful though and completed my order in a courteous manner.”

“Although the pressure cooker xl 8 qt worked well for my needs, i was unhappy at having to purchase a new valve assembly with a unit less than a year old. ALSO THE PROBLEM WAS THE O- RING THAT HELD THE VALVE IN PLACE. I was not able to order just the o- ring but had to purchase the whole assembly.”

“I love my power pressure cooker. I am a little dismayed at finding out that a lawsuit has gone out regarding these. Also, I called to order an accessory, float valve/w seal, on 03/21/18. I called to check the status on 04/04/18 and was told the part is on back order and should be shipped out by 04/30/18!! WOW!! I am VERY disappointed in this. Over a month to receive 1 piece. I'm sorry to say but this is CRAZY!! Unfortunately, I will not be using my pressure cooker for awhile because 1 piece is on back order for over a MONTH.”

“I was a little disappointed after my purchase and I opened the box that the rack that goes in the bottom of the pot for canning did not come with it and the box did not indicate that it was sold separately. The canning book came with it.”

“Not only will I be able to cook whole meals quickly and easily, but I love the canner feature. I already have a water canner, but needed a pressure canner. I looked for over four years for the right pressure canner. I love everything the Power Pressure Cooker XL does. I will be able to teach my granddaughters how to use it, too! Looking forward to it coming in!”

“On some items per your recipe book work fine but the two times I tried to cook corned beef it came out tough each time. This last time, last week the little steam valve stayed open the whole time and would'nt close so I ordered a new steam valve gadget and haven't feceived it yet to test it out. When I called your company, no one seemed to have an answer I would call acceptable. Please put a recipe on how to cook a tender corned beef in your little recipe book you send with each order as many of us love corned beef. Thank you for asking!!”

“It IS easy to use and easy to clean, and I have been able to adjust many of my formerly slow-cook recipes. Sometimes the recommended cooking times have been on the low side, but I'm working to figure out how much to add to certain dishes (meats).”
