“Taking the order is alright and fairly quick but the delivery is taking too long. It takes almost 14 days for delivery. one loses interest in the stuff by then. So whether I am happy about it is subjective.”

“After explaining several times what I needed, repeating several times the model # of my product and asking the person I was talking to, to repeat what she said because I could not understand what she was saying. I finally was able to order what I needed. Several times I had to also tell her that my product held 4 - 1 pint jars and she insisted that it had to hold 4 or 8 quart jars. Finally she checked things out and found out that I knew what I was trying to tell her was accurate. I received my part in about 4-6 days.”

“The website would not work for me. I had to call and wound up with extra stuff I did not WANT. NOW I AM STRUGGLING TRYING TO LOCATE THE INFORMATION ON THE THING I GOT FOR FREE AND HAVE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP TO I 30 DAYS. I AM NOT HAPPY IF I GET CHARGER 25.00 FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE.”

“It is not clear to me in the manual as to how to work the timer. I am not at all satisfied with the $100.00 coupons that is given, it will take for ever to get $1.00 off the items not sure if it is worth the trouble.”

“Your on-line order entry system fails with credit card entry. Tried multiple times over two week period to make a parts purchase. Even attempted to purchase through customer service. Finally successful on second attempt through Rasheed at customer service. You need to fix the purchase page on-line. I am very satisfied with my power pressure cookers (3 purchased).”

“I'm giving 3 stars only because a piece was missing from the pressure relief valve (rubber O ring) and they made me pay $9.99 for it ... Sorry but I just bought it literally a week ago and only made 2 things with it, kept wondering why it leaked so much steam. So yep 3 stars, 5 if they would have just sent the missing piece without having to pay for it.”

“I love the idea of everything I saw on TV, but have been really disappointing with the online recipes! They are very limited and really aren't fluid or make sense, plus very limited!! Plus for the price I feel I should get more recipes.???”

“The first pressure cooker blew up, thank God nobody was burned or injured. I reported the incident to customer service but it took a long time before anything was done. After repeated attempts to contact someone I just gave up - then someone contacted me. All in all it was an experience I hope I never have to repeat for obvious reasons. The original pressure cooker malfunctioned on November 8, 2016.”

“I haven'y yet received it, but read the latest report from Consumer Reports November issue says it will not even withstand lasting during the 60 day Guarantee period. I might just cancel and return it. i think I might just cancel nd return it/”

“I have not used it yet. But I will say that I regret ordering over the phone. I know the staff is to offer additional items but this person was hard to understand and it was practically harassment when pushing additional products. Big turn off!”
