“I ordered three Great product but the Teflon coating was defective on my one of my inner pots cooked in it twice it stated coming off call to get a new one they wanted to charge me 29.00 after hassle they decided to send me one but I pay shipping so i agreed I thought that should have been on them not me”

“Called to order a replacement part, the gentleman I spoke with did not understand English and was difficult to understand, there was definitely a language barrier, when I got the email confirmation of my order everything was incorrect, my name, my mailing address, everything I had even spelled it all out slowly for him. When I called again to have this fixed it again was an issue, I was switched to a supervisor and the problem got fixed but clearly they need to screen the employees especially if they are hiring an out of country call center for better understanding of the English language.”

“I have not tried it yet. It was given to me because they didn't want to use it. I waited for the cook books and the condensation collection part. I found I did have the part, so can I return it? “Ad about the $100.00 included in my favorite grocery store is very misleading! Tell the people up front it is nothing more than coupons. Quit trying to sell all the extras also!! Sell only what you are advertising! People will not like what I tell them if you don’t, if ask about my buying experience.”

“It's great for rice,eggs, meats. Anything you'd pressure cook. What I don't like is the black flecks that come from the bottom of the inner pot. Every time I use it and wash it there's the black stuff. Looks like the liner of the pot.”

“My wife and daughter had bought me a Power Pressure cooker from Walmart for Christmas. It was not the XL but did a good job on the first four meals. We used it for about two or three weeks in a row. We cleaned it very well after each use as directed. Then all of sudden it stopped pressurizing and I had to start it over a couple of times to get it to pressurize which ended up burning my food. A week later I tried to finish cooking a smoked Boston butt and it did it again resulting in scorched meat. Carried it back and swapped it for a new one so we could finish cooking the other butts and the new one wouldn’t even get hot. Showed an error code about a bad circuit. Returned that one for my money back. So I thought I’d try one last time by ordering not one but two from the infomercial on TV. Hope these work as good as they do on TV. Not sure if this post helps you or not. I’ll let you know how the XL’s do.”

“Our cooker worked really well the first time we used it but the second time I used it it didn’t seal right so I had to put it through a second cycle and the food on top was raw and the food at the bottom was sticking and burning”

“It won't pressurize like its suppose to. I have to tap the red pressure button to get it to close off. I am going to exchange it for another one. Hopefully it will work properly.”

“When I ordered...I was told I needed to pay for the pot cover that said it would be come with pressure cooker. It was a gimmick to me...Before I knew it I was paying for magazines then a trip I will be cautious the next time I order something. I am not happy with the other things that go along with it. It was a ploy to get me to buy other things that have nothing to do with the pressure cooker and will be unacceptable in the future. I am not happy and overwhelmed.”

“I really liked it because it’s big, everything was great until it started leaking all my water from lid. I try returning it bc I had bought warranty. It would cost me an arm and a leg to return. I ask for a label they said no. I thought it was crazy but nothing I can do. I am hoping with a gasket replacement will stop leaking. I paid 6.99 for that. This really makes me upset bc it didn’t last a year before it started giving me problems.”

“Quality seems great, we have purchased your products from Tri-Star 3 times now, nice but wont be using for awhile, then we'll know how good it is. I also have a competitor's product, the smaller Insta-pot,for smaller meals and love it. I was very disappointed a package slip was not sent with your product, not good. Jim”
