The wrong item was sent. Had a heckuva time getting the thing picked up. I ordered well in advance of my project to avoid issues. And at the moment I do not have a fire pit although I ordered it in February. People say they’re helpful but don’t follow through. You have my money I have no fire pit. Not impressed

You should be more clear that if the customer mis-clicks or if they don’t understand the product they cannot return unopened items even for store credit. No shipping and restocking fee of $100-$200, just feel free to buy a second burner. “Sorry customer, you should be more careful with your money”. Yes, I will be careful next time.

Customer service, responsiveness, and communication is the worst. Shipping notifications sent days before our order was actually delivered to the carrier. This resulted in us providing unrealistic dates to complete a project to our client. We sent a return request notice on March 18, and as of today (3/27) we have not received any response, other than the automated reply that they received our message and someone will be back to us within 48 hours. Disappointing. Will not order from them again.

My order has been delayed for five months. I finally received a phone call last week saying that the order had shipped. This week the order never arrived, so I went to a separate shipping website to try to track the order. The shipping website told me that my shipment had been canceled. yet I received no email or phone call. I now sit here today six months after ordering this with no communication or update from StarFire direct. As far as I can tell the company Has no actual internal operations. They outsource all of the orders to China for manufacturing and outsource all of the shipping to third-party shipping companies.

Product is wonderful. J hi pervert this is a flammable product the bottle were not shipped in a safe manner. They were placed into a large plastic bag and put into a box too large for the items. Several were broken upon arrival and flammable liquid was floating at the bottom. Shipment methods need to be tightened up before I would ever purchase from them again. They are lucky there was no harmful accident along the way or in my home.

Terrible Customer Service - Purchased Items Quoted by a Salesperson exactly as suggested. Received and paid for a Separate item that was duplicated in the kit - But Starfire says not returns on this item. IT WAS THERE ERROR Bigger error is I am needing a more items and a large outside FirePit - WILL NOT BE USING STARFIRE

Never received my order. On top of that I get spam advertisements all the time from them on all my different social media. They sent me an email asking me about my experience and the reply email they listed is an unmonitored email address. Maybe with this review I will get a response from them.

Honestly I can't. Spoke to nice person told them to fire FedEx as it seemed to be a FedEx problem and send it to me by way of Estes. This after I initially wanted to cancell my order. They was nice and I was angry because I've had many issues with FedEx so I agreed to the firing of FedEx and she said she would have them return it and drop ship with Estes. 3 days later I got my product. I'm happy with it as I knew I would be but of dam course nobody does what they say they will do. It came fedex

You guys talk a good line and that’s where it ends! You finally ship my order when I really don’t give a damn. Now, the weather situation. The trucking company won’t even answer or at least tell me where the truck is sitting! On top of that, you send me this damn survey when I don’t even have the product yet ! You guys really have it together!!

Ordered firetable Dec 3rd, told an approximate delivery date. Then receive email about delays. Could have been honest from the start. Have received plenty of emails about how do you love product when I still haven't received. They have my email for that but don't give me updates on delivery. Asked for updates online but don't receive. So now end of Jan who knows when I'll receive it.

I still have not received my item and the date to ship now has been extended to 12 weeks instead of 6 with no email from you explaining the extension or delay. So while the product may be fabulous I cannot comment on because I have not received it!
