“They were great to deal with. We called to make sure our measurements were correct and it came only about a week late but no problem. The quality is the best. We were on vacation in Key West at the Silver Palms and they had this brand of umbrellas so we checked it out when we got home and just love love love it!!! The best.”

“I am happy with the product I ordered (black lava rocks for my fire pit) and appreciate being able to get the free samples of fire glass to review first hand. If I have one complaint, it is that once I signed up with Starfire Direct, I was bombarded with extra emails from Starfire. I appreciate the availability of information & your site is excellent providing that, but I felt like the number of emails being sent to me now are bit much. Thus only 4 stars for my review.”
