The product sent to me didn't work in either of my Android phones. It didn't fit into the connection end of the phone. I have hesitated to return them to STATIK, because it more t will cost me more to mail them back, than I paid for the two items. I am very disappointed that your product did not work for me!

I was very excited about my purchase. It's absolutely a no brainer to use. I'm loving the fact that I don't have to fumble in the dark with a regular charger chord. Even in daylight it can test one's gangsta 🤣. The magnetic connectors are pure genius period.

Le câble Statik 360 Pro 2 est de très bonne qualité, l’aimant tient bien sur l’adaptateur de la prise Lightning. Et le transfert de données marche très bien. La lanière plastique pour tenir les différents adaptateurs est une très bonne idée et permet de tenir le câble rangé et de n’a pas perdre les adaptateurs. Je recommande complètement.

Después de dos meses desde la petición del producto sigo sin obtener respuesta ni producto, solo mensajes de si estoy satisfecho. Muy mal la comunicación con la empresa. A pesar de enviar los datos del domicilio por segunda vez no recibo nada.

I bought 3 Smart Cards, only to discover they are just for Apple phones. I have tried to find out how to return for a refund with no success. NOT a happy camper right now.

Worthless products. Horrible customer service because they want pictures and or videos for proof of the fault instead of just trusting the customer that they make inferior products. They sent a replacement because the magnetic c-usb on my cable get stuck in my phone. Statik then has the nerve to say well maybe your phone case isn't letting the tip seat all the way... I tried that first after it got stuck with the case on. It was stuck worse with the case off. The replacement cable's magnetic c-usb tip is 10 times harder to get out of my phone. The micro USB tip on the replacement doesn't even stay in my old phone. They say they offered me a 20% refund on my first purchase but they have yet to actually issue my refund. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM Statik. Worthless products. Two cables in the trash and still out the money from my first order.

Great product and exceptional customer service. I ordered the standard option first but found that it wasn't powerful enough to charge my Oppo Find X Pro. They were very helpful in offering assistance to replace and upgrade the product. Will definitely recommend!

I like the idea concept they magnetic ping cable connection. It's really that simple. I'm not going to try and Tow a truck cables I don't appear. They are very very strong. That's a good thing so here's my bottom line. I would recommend static cables to anyone that asks.

Love the product, but don't make a mistake when ordering because they make it almost impossible to correct. They make it hard enough to exchange something you didn't mean to buy nor can use, it's not worth sending back. And they won't pay for shipping if tou can send it back.

I have found my charger absolutely wonderful it is so easy to use. As you get older and have trouble with your hands it is not easy to plug a charger into your phone but STATIK make it very easy. I have bought 7 now some for my daughter granddaughter s and friends and they are as thrilled as I am.

Unfortunately, I loved the 360 charger so much that I bought one for each of my family. I just hold my phone next to the cable and it grabs it and charges, simple. BTW They did not pay me to say this!

While it is a very nice cable, so far one of the USB-C adapters failed when the outer right broke in half while in the device port. One cable failed when magnetic side of the cable attached to a metallic base and shorted the cable.

J'ai eu un ennui avec des cordons. Le service après-vente a été très efficace et j' en ai reçu de nouveaux rapidement. Le système est très bien. On peut tout charger avec un seul câble.

well customer service was awful took forever to get back to me the charger doesnt work real well with the magnet comes apart to easily also it was way to expensive for the charger! i wouldnt order anything from you guys again cause i dont know if it will be like this plug!

The first cable had an issue, they sent me another cable which works well now, but I don’t recommend using the rotation of the tip (left and right) a lot, I think that’s what caused the issue with the first cable. The communication was professional and efficient.
