I like the switching plugs so I have one cord for all devices but I don't like the fact that it says slow charging on my phone

I purchased 6 cords. Within a month, two had failed. I sent pictures and videos as requested. Statik took a month or so to replace those two cords, and before they arrived, one more cord and two of the plugs that go in a phone had quit. This product does not work. I really hoped it would, but I am really disappointed in the poor quality of electical connection. The exterior of the cord is tough, but mine failed to either transmit power or came apart at the swivel end on the cord itself. I absolutely would not recommned anyone wasting their money on this product.

Horrendous customer service. Received multiple emails. Shipment never arrived and then product was certainly NOT what I was expecting. Oh well.

Cant get them to work tryed different fast chargers as well as your multi charger but just dont work with my phone

I brought the two metre 360Pro it is a great charger. I also brought the one metre cord three months ago but it broke so I purchased the two metre one .

Only 1 worked from the gate ITS THE BEST IDEA I LOVED THEM THE IDEA ETC... so I bought 6 and 4 failed so I showed them ( lifetime guarantee) and by the time all 6 died so they sent 2 and only one worked BRILLIANT IDEA not the greatest quality control

I retired all my other chargers. I’ve never had any charger that lasted so long without a single sign of age.

I really enjoy the connectivity of the statics charger. The only thing that I really don't like is the strength of the magnet that holds the cord to the phone is not as strong as it should be

I thought it was a great idea but poor execution, biggest issue is I can’t use it with my case on. That one was the deal breaker. Other lesser issue is the magnet is a little weak so it’s easy to numb off. But it really is a great idea.

Because I had a phone case, the magnet wouldn’t work. It took a while, but your team figured it out. It works great now. However, I’m still waiting on a response for the three lightning cables that need to be returned.

I do like the way it connects to my phone without having to have it a certain way. You don't need to see which way the interface is facing before connecting it.

Absolutely love my Statik cables , very durable and robust construction, really handy to connect with the ultra strong magnets and so easy to find on the floor in the dark with the ingenious led end.. And the customer service and backup is second to none too 👍

I ordered 3 cables, as fast charger and a car charger. The took forever to arrive. I was unable to check their status because the link disappeared so fast so they could see me more stuff. When I was finally able to see the status, there was nothing there. I wrote to support and got the same canned response over and over again with a promise to update me when he "heard from the shipping department" which never happened. Then, when I had an issue with one of the cables, it broke while I was communicating with them. They are quite flimsy. They had to communicate with me 3 timeds for me to verify and reverify that they would send a replacement. They are not particularly user friendly. Purchase at your own risk.
