Connectors will not fit my Samsung Galaxy S21phone Android, informed the merchant of this several times but with no success but they still refuses the give me a full refund

It's a nifty little cord but mine does kink up sometimes but it doesn't stop it from it's performance

Just love it. I find it very easy when it’s time to charge my IPad, my phone and my Kobo. I leave the bits in each one and I just have to connect the wires. The second one I bought is longer and I love them both. Thank you.

The concept is okay obviously I bought one. Tried to use it with my iPhone but the connection wasn't working and it's too easy to lose the tiny end bits. Also hated trying to pull them out of my devices.

The original Statik cable wouldn't connect to Apple Car Play. So I was sold the Statik Pro cabe which supports more wattage. The magnetic end are not interchangeable between the standard and the Pro Cables. So I didn't end up with a useable solution. And support reported that the expense of returning the cables to the factoy (my expense) wasn't worth it.

I love the concept, but the magnet is not very strong and keeps falling off, and it takes all night to get a 31% charge! not happy😞

I bought 6 and 5 have died on me. I spent somewheres around 7 months emailing back and forth only for them to send me ONE replacement. It was not cool. I’m very not happy about it.

Your product does not work with all IPads I.e, IPad Air 3rd generation...poor testing of your product and false advertising.

First set of 3 I purchased the magnet/fitting came off the charger wire. I was sent more and now certain pieces won’t work or charger will not work at all. Completely useless chargers and pieces. Not impressed in the least with these.

Service recovery after receiving faulty cables was not handled in any world class manner. You made the entire process far more difficult than other world class merchants. The need to send pics/videos, what seems to be a replacement only option, when the majority of the version of the cable I purchased was defective. This was my second order from Statik, this time for a different version of your cables. I would rather a refund or offer to replace with a different version of cable over replacement. My only option after going through your tenuous process was a replacement of cables I believe will fail in a short time. Needless to say, my second order is now also my last order. I will stick with merchants that are world class; it’s a shame, since I was purposely trying to spread the wealth from large corps to smaller entities.

Are you sure you want a review from me? This takes me away from something that pays me, but you wanted this. So I first wanted to order a 6 ft cord. There was an offer if buy one get one free. It was understood that the free cord would be 3ft in length. What I got was 3/ 3ft cords. I let that go, as in my opinion everyone deserves a second chance. I ordered three magnetic pieces that go into the device to be charged. None of them worked. There's my review. By the way I'm supposed to be Unsubscribed.

These do not fast charge consistently. If they get bumped slightly I will look at the charge time and will have gone from 1.5 hours to full charge to 5.5 hours to full charge. Also frequently I have connect and disconnect multiple times to get it to stop displaying a slow charging please check you charging device from displaying on my phone. Not really happy with the product.
