The cords are nice-I would’ve never ordered them if I knew how long it was going to take to get them as they are shipping internationally. The free gift is a crappy charging cord that lights up-the magnet isn’t good at all-if the regular ones were like that one, I would’ve returned them all. I threw it away. It is nice having all the different adapter plugs tho, bummer part is the magnet that plugs into the phone takes up a little room and isn’t very friendly with phone cases like Otterboxes.

Enorm lange Lieferzeit, kam irgendwo aus Asien. Die Lieferung war komplett und unbeschädigt. Leider hält das Produkt aber nicht was es verspricht und schafft es noch nicht einmal ein Handy ganz auf zu laden. Das hat mich leider enttäuscht.

Horrible...still waiting on my shipment... It will be one month on the 13th! I've tried to email and I always get an auto-response. I want a refund at this point! The product is fabulous. I can’t wait change it between devices so I only need one charger. The wait time for it to get here was ridiculous. That’s why I rated 4 stars because it took weeks for it to get here from china.

I am rating as 1 star since I was asked to review a product that has not been delivered. I ordered on Dec 13th as a Christmas gift and as of today, Jan 7th my product is somewhere between China and here.

Ordered items on Dec 13th, as of Jan 7th STILL have not received my chargers OR valid tracking info. Customer service is pretty much non existence, as it is "canned" reply with no real help.

The magnets do not stick together very well. Mine keep falling apart. I cant get the power bank to charge. It won't stay on the phone it's to heavy. Overall I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

i have not yet received my order placed on 12/25/24 for about $85. Despite notifiying customer service and Michael directly, nothing has been done. hope you actually read this.

I placed my order on 12/14/24. I have not received my order and have not received any updates about it. Cannot get a hold of a person, only receive “automated” condolences. Skeptical that I will ever receive it. Very disappointed.

Well right now I can’t give you a review of the items I ordered because I still haven’t received them 😠. I have made the purchase on December 14 almost a month and I am still waiting for the package 📦.

I thought these items were shipping from the USA, no, they came from overseas so it took a long time to receive. I've emailed the company 3 times now to help me understand which of their plugs that go into the wall I need in order to use these items, NO Response. So, I haven't used my cords as I don't have the right chargers for the cords. I don't know if the cords are worth it. The customer services is beyond horrible. I will not purchase again from this company!

Teh packag took 3 weeks to arrive ( missed a birthday present) then it turns out the product is cheap and the magnetic plug in do not stay connected.

Ordered Christmas presents in Dec 9. Weeks later I received a FAKE tracking number. Sent several emails to this company, and haven’t received one response. It is now Jan 6, and I have nothing.

La pire des expériences avec Statik. J'ai passé une commande de plus 80€ le 13 Octobre 2024, et aujourd'hui on est le 6 Janvier 2025, et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande. J'ai contacté le support client qui ne répond qu'au bout de deux semaines après les avoir envoyé mon e-mail pour les demander des informations, ils m'ont assuré qu'ils ont eu quelques retards avec ma commande mais qu'ils s'en occupaient... Ras le bol des demandes de suivi avec toujours la même réponse, j'ai décidé de leurs demander l'annulation de cette commande et de me rembourser mon argent sinon je portais plainte. C'est par cette occasion que j'ai reçu la notification de la validation de ma commande et depuis lors je n'ai rien reçu pour le moment. Alors ma surprise à été grande quant cette entreprise malhonnête me renvoie un email me demandant de laisser un commentaire, au début je ne voulais pas mais peut-être que partager ma pire expérience évitera à certains de mettre leurs argent dans cette entreprise.
