“Love the new Statik cord and inserts. Only problem I have is the old style inserts are not working with the new cord which means I will have to order more. The other problem is I hvae no use for the Apple inserts and the only way to order is to get the whole set. You should make replacements of whatever ones you want. I hate to see stuff go to waste. “Appreciate the design. Magnetic connection. A detachable plug that stays in the socket providing protection and long life for the delicate phone socket. Problem I had was the magnetic tip swung out and attached to the car door just as it was closing detaching the head. Broken. Was considering a cup or cover to prevent unwanted movement. The Statik 360 PRO and Statik 360 standard are not compatible with each other.
That means you must use only the PRO magnetic tips with the PRO Statik cable. The same goes for the Standard!
The difference between them is this entry for data in the cable and tips!
If you exchange the tips with the cables, they won't work, not even magnetize!
This is something that our product team is working on already, but these things take time.
The Statik 360 PRO is a much more recent product, and the Statik 360 standard has been produced by us for at least some years now.

“I love these. I bought them as stocking stuffers for my entire family and all have given great reviews. I love that it comes with multiple tips and that you can order extra tips. My only wish is that you had some with a stronger magnet. I tend to knock off the charger when it’s charging my cellphone because I’m usually still using it. It not an issue for any other item when charging so maybe an option to order a cord with an extra strong magnet. “I am most pleased with most aspects of the static cable system.
What I didn't understand it in the beginning was that the data cables and the charge cables tips do not match. I cannot use a charge tip on my data cable and I can't use a data cable to charge my phone with a charge tip. This means changing tips and often it takes a tool to get the tip out.”

Regarding the magnetic tips, that's the main idea, one should not remove the tips to keep them convenient, spare their device port from wearing out over time, and protect them from dirt debris.
Also, if it was easy to remove you would easily lose the magnetic tips.
