The Statik 360 PRO and Statik 360 standard are not compatible with each other.
That means you must use only the PRO magnetic tips with the PRO Statik cable. The same goes for the Standard!
The difference between them is the entry for data in the cable and tips!
If you exchange the tips with the cables, they won't work, not even magnetize!
This is something that our product team is working on already, but these things take time.
The Statik 360 PRO is a much more recent product, and the Statik 360 standard has been produced by us for at least some years now.

“I love my Statik charger. However, the connection starts to wear pretty quick. I'm on my second one in 2 months (I just got the replacement 2 weeks ago), and while it's connected magnetically, it loses charging connection. It's like the little pin in the charging cord gets pushed in somehow, and can't connect to the adapter in the phone. Again, I love it, but it does have its flaws. Customer service is amazing, with quick response time and very helpful with the product.”

They made it right! However, the cords are very short and are USB, not USBC. I would not recommend the product but I would order from this company again.
