The product is overall good. I have bought 6, and pleased with 5 of them. 1 on the cables doesn't charge; it lights up and connects, but want charge. I've sent several email, tried to call 100s of times, and even written a bad review. The product is sound but if you have a problem, the customer service SUCKS

I love the magnetic hookup, the swivel and the cord is very very durable. I would certainly buy this again. The best system I have ever owned !!!

It didn't come with all the attachment pieces...I have the iPhone piece but have a Samsung phone...

This is my second order with you and based on being very impressed with what I received first time around. Sadly, the slow speed of delivery, for both orders, and complete lack of any order delivery updates, lets you down. Get your comms and delivery sorted and you’ve got the perfect package. From my point of view, the former should be the easiest bit to get right, given that you’ve got exceptional products that I’m sure are in high demand. Customer service is everything for the best customer experience. Miss this bit out or neglect to recognise and enhance this and former customers will remain former. My summary: “Expect great products and lots of marketing push, that’s sadly not supported with great customer service, slow delivery lead times and zero communication. Could be outstanding!”

I like the statik 360 cable for the design but the charging time is very slow..about 5hrs. They recommended I use the statik 360 pro. Charging time much better..about 2hrs or less. I would like to know why the charging time is so bad with the statik 360 cable. I bought a bunch of them for Christmas and they all have very long charging times.

Hi, David! The Statik 360 standard is not a fast-charging cable. It has a 10W output.
 Statik 360 PRO is a 100W fast charging cable, capable of transferring data, and is much more robust.

I like the charger cord. I got the 6ft. They worked very hard to get my order to me when i had'nt received it within a month.the only negitive thing is it tends to fall off when im holding it in my hand doing things but worth the money spent for sure.
