I don't know where my product was shipped from, but it took more than a month to receive it which is very unacceptable

Ciao Luciano! Ho controllato il tracciamento della tua sostituzione e sembra che la consegna non sia andata a buon fine e che l'ordine ci sia stato restituito. Most of it didn't work. That that did work in the beginning stopped charging after 2 charges. I finally just threw it all out.

Do not buy this product it doesn't work. I have contacted customer service and received no response or refund. Don't waste your money!

Llego tardísimo y me toco pagar 6€ más de aduanas. El cable se calienta hasta tal punto que no lo puedo utilizar. No lo recomiendo

I am not happy of the product. I received more than a month late and it is not working on fast charge with usb C neither with i-phone charge.

Horrible. I bought 2 & neither did any fast charging like the false advertising stated. So they sent me 2 more which was supposedly stronger, and it was like they sent me the same cords as before. I tried them on a Samsung S10, S10E, ZFlip, and an iPhone... so it's not a particular phone.

Statik took over a month to ship my order. I sent several emails that were replied with an automated reply with no actual answer for weeks. After 4 weeks passed I finally got a reply and a tracking number and a week later my product showed up. I don't even know if I will continue to buy because of that, I am really disappointed because I do like the chargers and the idea of it. Honestly, it's not the long waiting time. It's the fact that they never sent an answer or real response for SO LONG. When they finally did, I didn't even reply because I am just over it.

Very bad, it takes about 10 hours to recharge the phone. The worst purchase ever done. Wasted money.

1. The dongle that you have to leave plugged into your phone will not fit if you have a phone case (which most people do). You have to remove your phone case entirely for the dongle to fit properly. Really inconvenient. 2. The magnet that the ads show as being super strong is laughably weak. The slightest movement will disconnect it and if it's not on there perfectly the charger won't work at all. 3. When the magnet does stick the charge is inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. 4. One of the USB plastic covers broke immediately after I got it out of the bag. 4. The customer service that they brag about on the website is nonexistant. I have been trying to get a refund for a month now and no one will return my emails. And that's the only way you can get a refund. If it walks like a scam and quacks like a scam...

Haven't been able to make it work, iPhone and Android. Blew an extension cord. And it took 2 months 2 get the cause the first shiiping had only my email as address. Total fail. It is what it is.

I appreciate them for sending me a new cord, but there was no issue with the cord. The cord is falsely advertised (it is not fast charge), so I asked for my money back which they didn't do. So I'm pretty disappointed.

I ordered replacement tips for my magnetic charger. The magnetic parts no longer match, so in order for my replacement tips to attach, I need to order a new cord. Customer service will not respond when I address this issue with them.
