Great idea and would love it if they worked. Bought three 10 ft cords and 3 packs of usb-c and every single one of them is useless now because NONE of the three cords even lasted 10 minutes. I need to be reimbursed or given new products that work so I can change review to the 5 stars I'm sure the product deserves.

Purchased two magnetic charge cable this year, one broke at the usb connection and the second one stoppedcharging with a few weeks of use. Despite sending e mail to supplier i have received no feedback or assistance. Therefore i would not purchase any more products from STATIK.

I placed 2 orders for over £160. When the first order arrived it was clear the 65W chargers were not universal as they only have 2 pins so will not work I'm the uk. Customer service said it was clear (from 1 small picture) despite it not being mentioned in writing, they gave me a 20% refund on the chargers. The 2nd order (placed 3 days after the first) did not arrive so again I contacted customer services, they advised there was an issue and they were sending the order again. At this point I asked for them to remove the 2 65W chargers from the order now that we know they will not work in the UK. They said they would ask the fulfilment team to see if this was possible. 2 weeks later I received confirmation that the order had shipped so I contacted them again to be told to refuse the order when it arrived. Surely 2 weeks was enough time to updat the order....When the order arrived it was not obvious who the package had come from so it was not refused, another £80 wasted! The reason for the 2 orders in the first place was that I upgraded from standard to pro cables, be warned that these cables are not compatible with each other, they have different connectors so if for example you use them for your mobile phone in different rooms, you need to remove the fiddly adapters each time which defeats the point of having convenient magnetic connectors. I also get an annoying message on my Samsung S21 to say the USB device is not supported everytime I plug it in using the Pro cable. Overall I have wasted money on the chargers I cannot use, the cables dont work correctly and are incompatible with their other connectors and the customer service has been terrible, I will not be recommending them, quite the opposite.

The cable doesn’t charge my phone more than half the time. Would give it 0 stars since it doesn’t preform its function. Company asked me to send a video to replace it rather than just sending me a return label. No thanks.

after almost two months of waiting, no response to my emails and a threat of proceedings. I received my two cables. the first one broke after 5 minutes. the second works correctly. given the price and the wait one would expect better service.

Terrible customer service. Items not sent, emails not answered. It was only after commenting on every social media post for a month that I finally got a response. Items finally sent and received 2 months later. Great concept but very cheaply made and I don’t expect them to last long.

Charging cable stopped working after a handful of uses, company made me submit numerous forms and explanations including a video of how it's not working. In the end they agreed to a replacement of the magnetic attachments only. This was confirmed several weeks ago and I still never received the replacement. Emailed to say that it may have been lost and been ignored ever since. PATHETIC PRODUCT, PATHETIC COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COST.

They do not last for the 10 hours that they are advertised for and the. Voiced used to tell you when the battery is low is not audible when using the headphones. I would not recommend these

While the product is great, well made and advertised good. The one issue I have been having is the connection between the iPhone piece that goes int the phone and the magnetic cable. It is very sensitive and goes between charging and not charging even if you pick up the phone to look at it. I have email support and have not heard from them and I have also reached out on facebook and instagram. I would not recommend it based on their customer service.

Cables not working properly. Bought 4, 2 of them you can’t move the device because it stops charging, the other magnet came off the charging tip. Contacted customer service multiple times. With only one response and issue was not resolved. Very disappointing

These cords are AWFUL! The magnets aren't strong enough to hold the plug in place. Somehow, I ended up with 3. May have been my fault as the site was a bit confusing. I would like to return the 2 I haven't opened. PLEASE!

My advice? Dont deal with this company! Their customer service is virtually non existant, all computerised so once your order is in thats it, no changes or amendements possible despite emailing 5 minutes after order placed, kept stalling me and then once it shipped about 3 weeks later they then said couldnt be altered! Didnt even offer to send other items free of postage due to their inefficiency. I will NEVER deal with Statik again, very very poor.

I have purchased 2 charging cords a black one and a glow one. The black one won’t charge my iPhone so I purchased one of your charging blocks. That took a month to get and the blue light is on but it still won’t charge my phone. The blue glow one worked really good for a while then stopped working it’s like it has a short if I mess with the cord it works for a bit but then goes off. I have tried to message you but that hasn’t worked and you don’t have a phone number. If I could just talk to someone that would help. So 2 cords that I can’t use. ☹️
