The magnetic inserts keep breaking on the magnet part. How do I replace?

I have a Samsung phone and love having the magnet charger. Works great and charges my phone quickly. There is a clip to roll up the cord that has a holder for the inserts so that if someone has an Apple, I now have a charger that they can use. I also purchased the charging cord that lights up for my grandson. He thinks its pretty cool and charges his phone rapidly.

Great quality cable and magnet, though sometimes it is connected but won’t charge. It can get dust, dirt etc between terminals and won’t charge. This is very annoying having to check that it’s charging. I get worried of losing the little connectors off the cable holder, try and make little lockable pouch attached to cable might be better. Great product otherwise, hope you improve it further.

Cavo molto buono e l'utilizzo del magnete è davvero innovativo. C'è stato qualche disguido nell'ordine, ma poi risolto "parzialmente" dal Customer Care a cui avevo chiesto tutti connettori USB-C, ma mi hanno mandato tutti i 3 modelli... in pratica 2/3 pin resteranno inutilizzati.

I bought ear pods and case for charging what I got is no ear pods just little bits of foam to put on the ear piece. And to charging wires I did not need. Also the magnetic charging wire I did buy and was delighted with has stopped working reliably

GloBright™ 360 Pro quit glowing after a week or so. Still works for data transfer but no "glow". Customer service is extremely slow, no response to my issue yet. Love the products (when they work) but if you have a problem, it takes forever to resolve.
