The cord is fine. Is the female rectangle plug that does not fit? It is too loose so it doesn't make contact to my phone. A friend of mine bought the same product but months before me and his plug. Fits my phone perfect. I wish there was a way you could send me the right plug that fits one of the older ones when you first started making them.

I like the product very much! The only thing is it should be sold for a specific type phone. It originally came with three different tips and the one for the IPhone disappeared so I couldn’t use the cord! The company did end up sending me three more!!

Brilliant product, 100% satisfied, As advertised, delivery took little bit longer than expected, as after airport goes to another sorting facility, but was mentioned in tracking, but did arrive Very happy👍

Disappointed. Fell apart not long after receiving it. Statik happily sent me a replacement, but it happened again. These charges start out charging fast, but it's not long before it slows right down. Seemed like the more I used it, the less effective it became to the point of having to wiggle and fiddle with to get it to do anything at all. The magnetic part you put in your phone/device is difficult to get back out so you have to find some sort of pointed implement to dig it out. Also seems to gather moisture behind it. My phone frequently got 'water detected in charging port' error messages and it would freeze (my phone had not been anywhere near water). Since I stopped using this charger, this moisture issue hasn't happened again. This charger sounded like a good idea in theory, but turned out to be faffy, flimsy, ineffective and allowed moisture to build up in my device.

Products are awesome. Pro version of the magnetic cables are definitely worth the extra price. Super quick charging with the right charging block. The normal 360 cables and ends are not compatible with the pro versions!!!! Would rate 5 stars but customer service and responses are horrible!! I've been trying to return our 360 cables for almost a month and I've had one response after a week and now nothing. The only way to get ahold of them is through email. I'm very disappointed with the service. I'm sitting on $80 worth of cables that won't work with the pro version that I need to return and it's a very disappointing thing to not get nay replies back after weeks of sending an email almost every day to see if I can get any kind of response.

I purchased three of these for my personal use. They ended up migrating to my workplace, where we have gained great usage of these chargers. the multiple magnetic connectors are a great feature! we have one charger that works for each device at the reception desk, including their phone! One charger became defective on us, and Statik replaced it promptly after asking me to send a picture of the issue. I hope to see these chargers in the next generation of usb as well with the really fast charging abilities! You have an excellent product in these chargers! I have almost completely made the switch! Thanks

Spiacente ma sono rimasto deluso da Statik perché a volte carica e a volte non carica. Per quanto riguarda il caricabatterie che vi ho ordinato doveva essere a carica rapida invece non lo e'.

We bought 5 cables and 3 had to be replaced by warranty and they didn’t even last two weeks before stopping working same as original ones worst charge cables ever and have to wait so long for replacement and new ones did the same two weeks later worst decision I have ever made buying them wish I could’ve got my money back for all 5 cables worst product ever and useless telling you the new ones did the same as no results so wish I didn’t waste the money useless cables they loose the magnet power and soon after don’t charge at all very poor customer service and support

Absolute rubbish ! Ordered 3 cords, all 3 stopped working with in a week of using them. Customer service is extremely SLOW! Save your money and buy something else !
