Cable stopped working and I had to return. I ordered directly via statik. The return process is painful. You must send the cables back at your own expense and if you don’t pay extra for some sort of shipping tracking number they will outright deny the return.

My order has not arrived after two months. They use some shady shippers who claim to have delivered with no evidence. Tracking page was in Italian and impossible to switch to English or understand. I had ordered before and loved the product but I feel scammed now.

I love the Statik magnetic charging cable. I have got rid of 7-8 charging cables for Apple and Android to just three cables. I have one in my car, one in my suitcase and one at home. Having two phones in my car to keep charged, I love I can instantly attach the cable to the phone while driving without fumbling to get the jack plugged into the phone. An accident averted. Reach over and it is attracted instant connection. These cable are the best invention since sliced bread.

Bonjour, le site est un peu compliqué, pour trouver un consommable. Mais grace on conseille du service client qui reste pa strès rapide pour le retour des question, nous trouvons facilement ce que nous cherchons.

El pedido que tengo que valorar nunca llegó. Esto lo estoy reclamando en varios emails que os he mandado y sigo sin tener ni los productos ni mi dinero el cual pido que se me reembolse.. No puedo dar una buena valoración porque la empresa no se ha hecho responsable de lo sucedido.

Within a month all the chargers stopped working So I bought another 4 and exact same thing happen, they stopped working too

The purchase went fine, but to be honest I have had issues using the plugs with my smartphone. The charging time differs and is often significantly lower compared to using a classical charging cable. And the plug is hurting a bit when holding the smartphone. So - in fact - I have some serious doubts if the solution is that good as I wished it would be, when I decided to purchase.

I have a few of the magnetic charging cords and like them. I have two of the 3-1 chargers and the red light on the bottom of them is on a lot of the time. I wrote to support and it took along time to get an answer back. they wanted a video or picture of the problem. I sent the pictures and have not heard back. the work charging our iPhones and watches,

It's a great idea, but it's let down by quality control issues (e.g., one of mine doesn't have a strong enough magnetic connection to keep from falling off). To be practical, you'd need a lot of cords and a lot of tips - enough for all of your devices, including AirPods, keyboards, etc - everything that needs charging.

I ordered a snap and charge buy one get one free and they have both overheated. I have been trying to send messages to you guys, but I don’t get any replies back of what I’m supposed to do with these useless chargers. Do I get a refund since you’re not in the United States it’s hard to figure out what’s going on. I really don’t want more of your product. I’d rather just have my money back.

Have Ordered both a charging bank and multiple cables. Charging bank gets very hot and it didn’t seem safe so I inquired about returning it per the returns policy posted on the website. Customer service is poor- initial response did not give me instructions and just tried to sell me a different one. I emailed multiple times after and got no response for 3 weeks. By then I had disputed the charge. The cables seem to work fine but the charging ends are too short to use with a case which is frustrating and makes me not want to use them. Not a great experience overall.

I have purchased several items from Statik and was initially very pleased with them and reordered. However after a while I had a problem with 2 items which I felt was unacceptable. I understand that these things can happen, but despite contacting the company several times I have had no response back from them. GOID ORODUCTS BUT ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been treated bad, kept in dark most of the time and lied to the rest. Order ST98492 was placed 7 weeks ago. still no products or reason why. been told twice that items were in stock and tracking on way.. I am not a happy customer. I have been insulted 2 times to check SPAM folder. I cannot tell my friends to try STATIK with a honest face.. I realize after many e-mails from Michael telling me how important I am to your company that Customer Support does not exist. I do not expect an answer to this!
