Really liked this system, & ordered extra tips. However, the charging cord, which I’ve only had a short time, isn’t working now! Blue light is on when connected to tip but my phone and iPad say “not charging”. Very annoying!

Great service as my charging cord broke and they replaced it no questions asked and I had a new cord within a week

Very poor after sales service. Product I bought and expected delivery in 15 days was not available. You took the money and it's taken 6 weeks to get a refund. Very poor indeed.

My first purchase was a great surprise how easy it was to connect and charge my stuff My only issue was the cable would not play my Car Play in my car and was advised I had to purchase a 360 pro cable which I did but found it strange that a cable costing $2.00 from Temu or our local cheap shop was doing the job Wasted my money on the 360 pro as you can now our saw a USB stick from several suppliers that cuts out the cable

I think the cables are pretty awesome. I jave the pro versions, one set of standard pro and one set of the globrite. Very good charging speeds and connectivity. The customer service experience and delivery times could be a bit better. A delivery time of up 10 business days is unacceptable these days. I can receive products from oyher suppliers from the same country of origin in 3 business days. Also lack of updates from the delivery carrier. Customer service is quite hard to get hold of. I do realise the difference in time zones, but the lack of response for up to 4 business days is unacceptable. So a 4 or 5 star rating for the cable but 2 star for the service.

hexacharge order # ECA58F2333 placed 15jul.. quanitity of 3 for a 38.88 usd charge on my credit card have not gotten product nor a response from you. Have written three times. I guess you like to rip people off and not deliver a product nor refund a customer. You have no phone number for customer service support?

I’ve ordered the 360 glow cables in the past & then just recently. Unfortunately the older magnetic tip design has changed in between. So if you don’t have the correct tip to the right cable, you can’t charge anything.

Terrible. Wasted money and a lot of time. Charging cable was wrong size. 1st attempt parts were missing. 2nd, did not fit.

I have had a terrible experience with the customer service. An issue with a return I am trying to finish still remains unresolved despite weeks of back-and-forth emails. The lack of replies and attention to my concerns is extremely frustrating. I expected better support and communication, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. Highly disappointed.

I ordered two power banks from them, I am in Canada and I thought the shipping was going to be pretty straightforward but IT WASN’T. If you’re in Canada DO NOT order a power bank from them, you will never get it and if you forget that you ordered it they will never get back to you to let you know. First time I ordered I added my correct address, I got the tracking number from DHL and after a week I receive an email saying that it had been delivered, well it wasn’t delivered to my house it was sent back to them and they didn’t take the time to let me know that. I waited for a week to hear from Canada Post telling me that they finally got my package (because I thought it was going to be delivered to Cañada Post at some point). After calling DHL they clarified that the package was sent back to them and that’s when I got annoyed. I sent an email explaining the issue (with screenshots and everything) to the customer service team and they first answer was: Congrats, your item has been delivered, AND IT WASN’T, it had been delivered back to them. So I got annoyed again. I sent them another email when they finally admitted that the package was sent back to them and they tried to ship it again. I hoped that this time will work, but it didn’t. It happened again, the package didn’t clear customs and it was sent back to them. Again they didn’t contact me at all, I sent them an email (actually two emails) until they finally issued my refund. It might be a good company, and have good products but I WILL NEVER KNOW………
