“Travel insurance deferred last year for one year . This year credit voucher given for use within next three years. Couldn’t ask for more.”

“My parents at the ages of 75 & 74 had decided they probably wouldnt travel abroad again as my dad had COPD, heart failure and the list goes on and on and knew travel insurance would be costly. They eventually decided to obrain a quote and Staysure provided them with a quote they could manage despite it being over £1000 which to my parents is a lit of money. They signed up for the policy in Jan 2020 but cover was not starting until March 28th 2020. Sadly the Coronavirus then took hold of the world and my mum and dad decided that they would mist likely not be up to travelling until many many months after its all over with as the risks are just too high for my dad. They spoke to Staysure and were originally told they could not have a refund as it was outside the 14 day cooling off period from purchase date. When my parents explained that the policy wasnt due to start until 28/3/20 they eventually agreed to extend the policy out for 2 months. My parents again explained that as Coronoavirus would be around for longer than that and they would not feel safe to travel, combined with the fact my dad is getting older and weaker with time. The lady they spoke to then had a word with her manager who has agreed a full refund. What a result!!! £1000 is a lot of money to my parents so we cannot praise the fact Staysure have given this back to them enough. Thank you”

“We have taken out travel insurance for years with Staysure and have always found them excellent. The staff have always been so helpful and accommodating. Although we have never needed to make a claim they are so flexible when discussing health issues. We are both in our late 70s and th are able to take long holidays with great peace of mind and confidence. Special thanks to LESLEY. She has handled our queries with great patience and understanding”
