Impatient,ill-mannered sales and customer service staff, talking so fast that we hardly understood, strong Asian accents, made postcode mistake but blamed me etcetcetcetc - very poor service and we will never use staysure again for ANY insurance purposes

Trying to log in to my account is a frigging joke. All i want to do is print out my documents and the screen keeps telling me my password is wrong. The world has gone password mad,all this rubbish just to print out a simple document. Its a frigging joke

Unable to download documents for trip because a) I don't yet have an account and b) the Staysure website refuses to accept my email and password in order to create one. Should have gone back to Trailfinders.

Don’t give the best deals unless you go somewhere else then they put the price under even though I went with them 6 months ago Person sounded like a robot

Would not recommend.....got and paid for my daughter's SKI holiday which was made very clear during phonecall on receiving documents winter sports was not included....id to cancel policy and I am now waiting on a refund. Disappointed

It took zillions of attempts to log in to renew my policy. Even though I knew I was using the CORRECT password I changed my password and it to a number of further attemts to EVENTUALLY get online. Bloody awful experience.

Unable to download policy documents. Delays in getting through on telephone and despite one helpful assistants efforts still unable to download documents. Totally dissatisfied with a waste of time to obtain documents that should have been available immediately. So much for a paperless system. I have now requested a paper copy and awaiting the next saga! Not good enough for a company of your reputation!

I bought a policy for my wife and three hours later I have had no acknowledgement of the policy. Just an email asking for a review! No policy documents, no nothing. The Contact Us option on the website is not responding. Pretty poor service.

I was unimpressed when i received an email yesterday telling me that last years’ travel insurance had been renewed and the £400+ had been removed from my account. All this without my permission. I was extremely impressed by customer service who efficiently and charmingly corrected the error. Customer service deserved 5*

I have never had issues with Staysure in the past but this was a bad experience. I was trying to inform the company about 2 health issues which were still to be resolved medically. Firstly I looked to updating my policy on the website as advided but you can only add health issues that have been fully diagnosed. That pointed me to contacting via the webchat facility but after a long discussion they were unable to help and suggested I contact Customer Services. I then eventually got through to someone and discussed it with them. They wanted to know the outcome of the health investigation but I didn't know at the time so couldn't advise them. Eventually, after a long time, they added notes on my policy to reflect the situation and to exclude the health issues from the policy. It took a long time and it seemed to me that they were working off scripts and not knowledgeable enough to handle my call quickly. They left the call a couple of times so I guess that was to seek advice. At the end of the call I had to pay an admin fee. That seems to me to be totally wrong as the website didn't provide me with the functionality to do my own update and webchat couldn't help. I have contacted Customer Services previously under similar circumstances and was never charged a fee. I still don't have a final diagnosis but no doubt when it comes I will have to pay another admin fee to update my policy. To say that I am frustrated and angry at the whole process is an understatement.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. I payed for my insurance yet the policy wasn’t started and still hasn’t been. I payed two weeks ago and still have no idea if i’m getting a refund or if the policy is going to begin. I’ve had to write multiple follow up emails to get a single reply.

So far nobody has replied to my email regarding my bank card being charged 3 times. It's not good service to take a customer's money 3 times for one policy. I'm hoping it is resolved soon.
