I may have used Staysure for a trip, but certainly haven’t purchased from them again but I have received emails today with policy documents and a thank you for choosing them again. I sincerely hope that I’m not going to be charged and that this is all cancelled with an apology for their error.

Unable to log an account to see my policy. It says my account has been done but I have to activate my email. But as the email validation link doesn't work and I keep being told the website has an error I can't view my account. I have messaged staysure who said they sent a paper copy which doesn't really solve the problem when abroad I need access to online account. Staysure also tried to say it was because of the browser I was using which is Google Chrome This is wrong as iv tried a few different browsers on different computers or phones and the link still gets the same website error message when trying to verify my email. And I can get onto website fine it's just the email verification link that's the problem.

It took almost 50 minutes to complete the inquiry call for travel insurance. The operator was very sweet but was clearly in an overseas call centre. Her English was very poor and I had to spell almost every word using the phonetic alphabet. It was a painful experience that took far too long. I will not be entering into that process ever again. Dreadful.

I changed my email address and renewed my policy, this email about renewing the process and my new policy info were sent to old address…. Chat was no help …. I had been impressed with Staysure…. If I had changed my email address for security reason this could have been a breach of my information.

The price was fair but I didn’t like that my pre-existing conditions were excluded just because I was due more tests, Staysure has covered us for a few years. The medics haven’t stopped me driving. The medical tests were about sports performance changes three years after my pacemaker. Because these extra test hadn’t been done yet they aren’t covering any of my unrelated health conditions. This doesn’t make sense.

Spoke with a lady at lunch time went through everything said somebody call me at 16.00 no call !!! Service appalling!! No notes left on system!!! So rang back at 17.00 finally got a more competent lady who picked up how I felt owing to my rudeness !!! And sorted everything out as I was NOT going to renew my insurance!!!!! Sort your staff out !!!!!

I had my passport stolen in England 1 day before I left on holiday and you refused to cover the loss of my holiday. I have just booked another holiday and will not be asking you to insure me

The operator stop speaking and a robot said they were closed for the evening although the website said the office was open until 8 p. m. The company has all my details and card number but I do not have the insurance. Have I been scammed?

Telephone operator very poor communication skills, I found it difficult to understand what she was saying. She had no empathy regarding my medical problem and was very impatient.

I tried to get on the app to cancel insurance. It wouldn't except password! So I called and spoke to someone and they told me it was cancelled and today I got an e-mail saying it wasn't and they wanted another £15.00 and a review!

Long delay to get through. First agent misunderstood my instructions and issued a Validation Certificate for the wrong dates and destination. Further long delay to get these corrected.

The renewal process was easy, the agent Jane phoned us at a time convenient to us and was extremely helpful in provifing us with a revised policy which met our travel needs

Having filled out the online questionnaire,I paid £174-98 .On the questionnaire I filled in my wives COPD and Diabetic ailments,and our address. When I got our cover details my wife had No ailment covered and also the wrong address was printed down.This would have left us completely unprotected.How could this happen.

I refuse to sign any credit agreement and if i had been told at the time that i had to i would not have taken insurance out with you. Also you took £55.99p out of my account on the 3rd of April when i was told there was a 14 day cooling off period when i could cancel this policy if i wished too . As i only required a one trip policy this year i feel i was conned into taking out a full annual policy which i did not require. I am therefore not at all happy with Staysure as a good company at all.

Stay Sure rejected my claim despite my holiday being cancelled due to a Marburg virus outbreak. Every other person on our trip received insurance reimbursement- including one insured also with Staysure. I have had to go to the ombudsman for redress. Very disappointing- insurance that fails to reimburse in the circumstances is not worth having !
