screening process for illness was simple enough however not very happy that advertised discount was very misleading

Sorted out my travel insurance for my holiday fairy easy on the website, paid them I couldn't get on to download the documents. Which was a pain I rang the number to speak to someone which was useless, so I did it digitally until somebody helped me.

I bought this annual insurance today but it’s taken me the entire morning to sort out logging in with the existing email with account !! The live chat was hopeless with the wrong advice after 45 minutes got nowhere . My telephoning , solved the problem but cutting me off sharply when I had a further question ! . Not a great start !

I would certainly recommend Staysure found the whole process of booking travel insurance very easy and the young lady explained everything very clearly.

Generally pleased with the service but I think they should have offered me the best deal first !! I began to get quote on line but when I got to the medical part I decided to ring them. The lady was very helpful and efficient & guided me through all the questions. The first quote she came up with was extremely high & I said I'd been on a comparison site & their quotes were half the price for the same benefits. She then 'spoke to a supervisor ' & came back with another quote which was literally half of the original quote.

Eventually resolved but it took three days to complete Took 2 payments out of my account and then had to pay another premium befor refunding the 2 payments Not happy with the long drawn out process

I did get a discounted renewal after contacting a different provider to see if they could better the inflated annual renewal I had been quoted, but I did feel as a valued customer, I shouldn't have had to look elsewhere to get a more reasonable quote.

First call put on hold while checks made - then eventually message ‘you are being transferred.’ I spoke to another adviser - got cut off and he did not ring back, despite having my number, when I was halfway through a sentence, so obviously I did not disconnect the call. Tried again and finally had success, although going through medical conditions took a long time - some of this seemed unnecessary as they would be excluded from cover anyway. However, it was sorted in the end, though very expensive.

The insurance is good value for money but the online access is very poor tabs don’t work and downloading the files is near impossible

It was ok took longer than I thought.Took annual hol ins out.Only one thing my landlady referred you to me & helped on phone call.But the customer service didn't say wen asked about my landlady getting a love to shop voucher as she referred me to you ?
