The questions and repeated statements were so time consuming and drawn out

They didn't really. Already got a single policy but wanted a multiple one instead. Was told to go on the app. Couldn't understand how to change the locations. Ended up charged another £2 for changing my age on existing policy and £46 for new policy on top of existing one. Rang up and got to the point where I was told I'd have to pay £15 extra to do it on the phone and gave up. Very disappointed with the lack of help. We are not all internet wizards !!

The girl I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable about the subject we were discussing, we went through my policy requirements and was able to provide me with the right answers, the policy was a great price too and I took it immediately. Many thanks give them a ring folks you’ll be pleasantly impressed.

I found my call to staysure very stressful lasting just under an hour. The person I talked to became very agitated as I couldn't respond quickly and needed for him to repeat his questions. I found the whole procedure draining and would not use staysure again. These companies need to realise that the questions they ask are not always easily recalled and the staff should speak slowly and allow the customers time to answer.

Good price but the length of time to answer their questions and the number of times I was put on hold ?? Felt very patronised being called Mr (first name) just call me by my name which I asked, numerous times

I return to Staysure each time (good price, helpful telephone operators), but there are irritations... 1) I ask for my (trivial) medical conditions to be excluded, which saves me a bunch of money, but that cannot be done online - I have to phone up the helpline. Why??? 2) Documents used to be sent by email as an attachment, but now the customer has to setup an account to be able to access them. Again why??? (It took six days and four failed attempts before I finally managed to get an operational account).

On completion of the quote I cheered up as I was beginning to think I never get there. However I have several health issues which took time to disentangle. The 2nd agent I talked to was very patient. I glad I checked the documents as there was an error in my destination and extra to pay.

I wouldn’t say happy as the premium has gone up such a lot even though we have been with them for years and never ever made a claim

answering the phone. It would help if questions about stroke which occurred 5 years ago were clearer and more specific when getting an online quote. I was originally quoted 250 pounds but suspecting this was undervalued I rang up to get the quote doubled to over 500 pounds-beware!

My premium was increased by £80 I eventually got it reduced by £40.i am happy about that but not so happy with the increase in the first place.

Sorted out my travel insurance for my holiday fairy easy on the website, paid them I couldn't get on to download the documents. Which was a pain I rang the number to speak to someone which was useless, so I did it digitally until somebody helped me.

I bought this annual insurance today but it’s taken me the entire morning to sort out logging in with the existing email with account !! The live chat was hopeless with the wrong advice after 45 minutes got nowhere . My telephoning , solved the problem but cutting me off sharply when I had a further question ! . Not a great start !

I would certainly recommend Staysure found the whole process of booking travel insurance very easy and the young lady explained everything very clearly.

Generally pleased with the service but I think they should have offered me the best deal first !! I began to get quote on line but when I got to the medical part I decided to ring them. The lady was very helpful and efficient & guided me through all the questions. The first quote she came up with was extremely high & I said I'd been on a comparison site & their quotes were half the price for the same benefits. She then 'spoke to a supervisor ' & came back with another quote which was literally half of the original quote.
