The insurance is fine but the policy document runs to 60 or so sides. No summary that I can find of the key points. Also the website for the management of the account is hopeless. It is not intuitive and when you try to find the right bit the help just tells you which page is button should be on, when it isn't

Live chat is weird, wanted confirmation my policy had been posted as originally agreed, took 30 min continually asking same question when will I get my posted copy of my policy? Eventually said it will be posted and received after 7days, how difficult was that, concerned if I ever need to make a claim?

Did ask for paper documents to be sent in the post but they haven't arrived and it has been a week so have had to download the documents instead

As someone who go to Staysure first when looking for travel insurance. I was disappointed that I wasn't offered the best deal until I'd look at what else was available. A difference of £200. You would have got more stars if you'd come up with an unbeatable price before I'd looked around. What does that say about customer loyalty?

I renewed my insurance and it took 4days and a lot of phone calls to sort it out, I only got it sorted 8 hours before setting off on holiday. If it wasn’t for a wonderful lady called Krista who was the only one who actually sorted it for me after many failed attempts I don’t know what I would’ve done. I was very stressed and shouldn’t have to spend all that time trying to get my documentation .

Needed to make a small amendment recently. Tried on line but questions weren't exact enough, and I object to having to pay £15 to ring and do by phone.

Second person dealing completed everything well, spoke clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with. However first person did not call back when arranged. or email documents- because there was a mistake in the spelling of my email address, despite repeating it correctly. The very worst experience was with the automated payments, with several attempts having to be made before being transferred to a human. Stressful and time-consuming for me.

Finally managed to speak to agent, tried on Friday spent ten minutes on hold listening to prerecorded messages. Agent today was friendly and helpful

I have only given 3 stars as well into the new application the line went dead, but for at least 10 minutes I realised the line was dead. The young lady was apparently trying to ring me when I was holding on. Anyhow I rant the company again and so much music and recorded voices and eventually someone answered. I asked if I could speak with the lovely young lady who had been dealing with me and was told she would ring me back. She did ring me back and it all went through. It was the length of time waiting to get through to a person!
