“I added 100 days cover last year at cost of £31.00 to my policy. You can’t do that now unless you buy the most expensive policy and the pay an extra cost of £100 on top of the expensive policy. Rather a large increase. I cancelled and went with another insurer with 90 days cover and all the same benefits but £100 cheaper!”

“Information on policies easy to understand, cover clearly explained and prompt annual reminders. I have yet to make a claim so can’t speak to how that is handled otherwise would have rated it a five!”

“I was recommended to Staysure from my mother who has used this company for many years, I used this company for travel insurance last year with no problems. I took out a policy this year again, but the agent was too much, he was noting down every medical issue that was no longer relevant and was more worried about losing his bonus, the call lasted over an hour and I nearly gave up because it became too complicated. I ended up with a policy that wouldn't cover my pre existing conditions because I am waiting for medical tests. I feel very upset and now have to cancel the policy and look for another company that will cover me.”

“Every simple and fine would have been 5 stars but after taking out the policy got an email with a new quote, so just hoping the policy I have printed off if ok”
