“My wife and I are both having medical treatment at present and I was concerned about getting travel insurance. I liked the StaySure advertisement - that's a beautiful suit - so thought I would try them. I had no problem entering our medical issues and the resultant quotation was LESS than I had been paying at a general travel insurance provider.”

“I had issues with the website - not enough prompts to disclose medical treatments not specified in the dropdown menu, a glitch in the autofill that showed an incorrect age which could not be altered. Also one medical treatment successfully concluded a year ago was enough to double the prospective premium - and not declaring it would have invalidated any claim. On the other hand, it was relatively easy to speak to someone and there was no quibble about refunding the premium I had already purchased.”
