“Was having a problem with getting a quote on line so phoned and had a very helpful conversation with a member of customer service who sorted out my problem. Got my quote which I accepted and paid for. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants travel insurance.”

“I appreciate the reminders to renew our yearly travel insurance, the price is always very competitive. I was a bit confused with the medical questions as I have changed my make of statin recently and couldn’t see how to declare that online. “Excellent so far...renewal delayed so a new quote with a discount for a single trip policy. Medical declarations never quite a tickbox but at least done quite quickly if not entirely satisfactorily. - ie all declared excluded even if not related to outstanding checks. However, no events will arise during holiday period from those queries. Price very reasonable and docs quickly available by email. Very pleasant service and communication.”
