I have been with Staysure for several years and have always found them very helpful when I have needed help or advice. And most of all with pre-existing medical conditions the price is affordable

Due to my health issues being more than 2 years old I was advised by the Staysure Representative that my Herniated Disc and RSV previous medical issues could be removed from my Travel Insurance Policy which made the cost more favourable. Thank you May!

I refuse to sign any credit agreement and if i had been told at the time that i had to i would not have taken insurance out with you. Also you took £55.99p out of my account on the 3rd of April when i was told there was a 14 day cooling off period when i could cancel this policy if i wished too . As i only required a one trip policy this year i feel i was conned into taking out a full annual policy which i did not require. I am therefore not at all happy with Staysure as a good company at all.

Excellent service from start to finish, online application easy to navigate, straightforward questions and competitive price, as a person with medical conditions some companies make life rather difficult, we have used Staysure for a number of years , I don’t think we will need to change.

The wait to talk to a representative was quite lengthy but overall worthwhile. The young lady who dealt with me was pleasant, professional, helpful and polite. The cover from Staysure makes you feel safe and I think it is worth it for my peace of mind abroad.

I have only given 3 stars as well into the new application the line went dead, but for at least 10 minutes I realised the line was dead. The young lady was apparently trying to ring me when I was holding on. Anyhow I rant the company again and so much music and recorded voices and eventually someone answered. I asked if I could speak with the lovely young lady who had been dealing with me and was told she would ring me back. She did ring me back and it all went through. It was the length of time waiting to get through to a person!
