“Very friendly and extremely helpful person. Automation not so good as it would not accept my card no for some reason, so had to be done verbally. Too long hesitation between instructions so maybe I was too impatient.”

“Was quick and easy to arrange but I did have trouble with the touch of the questions being so close together that I kept touching the wrong answer and had to keep going back - I eventually got it all right but wanted to mention to the young designers if the format please give a bigger gap! Older fingers have more trouble! But overall pleased with the plan I chose!”

“I found making a call to Staysure to update our policy and get best value very helpful. Customer service spent time explaining both covering our pre existing medical conditions and reminding us of some revised terms and conditions. The experience reminded us of the importance of checking the policy detail to ensure full coverage, rather than just renewing the exiting policy. I was reassured it was fit for purpose and offered a very competitive price having shopped around prior to purchase. Pleased with the outcome. Recommend Staysure and suggest checking the detail of existing policies to ensure they remain relevant to customer needs.”

“I have used Staysure before. Looked at other companies and although their price had risen quite a lot since last time ended up being cheaper. I had to query what I was filling in on line as a little unsure, but phoned them and they were much nicer to deal with then other companies that I made enquiries from. Eventually my premium was less expensive than quoted. Thank you Staysure, even more loyal than before.”

“Jacob was very helpful. Very patient going through a very long list of questions. I was not able to answer 1 question. He suggested I spoke to GP/Pharmacy. Said he would ring back which he did and the problem was sorted. I did think some of the questions difficult and at times repetitive Very good helpful service.”

“Quite easy to use the website however, I found it frustrating to fully review my quotes, nevertheless, I managed and bought a policy. I must add that the policy I purchased was excellent value and the best I could find on line. I did not buy the basic policy as the comprehensive policy suited me better”
