“When I finally got through by phone the customer service was marvellous. I am not very computer savvy and need to talk to people. My query was dealt with very promptly by two really helpful and cheerful customer service girls. You cannot beat this service.”

“Amazing Customer Service. I contacted Staysure by phone and unlike some insurance companies, they picked up straightaway. I spoke to a lovely, friendly lady, who was very informative and assured me Staysure could insure Molly's travel (17 years old), travelling with another family. The price was very reasonable and covered everything we needed.”
