“Website easy to navigate. Unable to alter 1 comment about medication- not new, simply over 6 months since Px - unless I cancelled and renewed. It is accurate so I left it. Looks after over 70’s very well.”

“A no brainer for us over 80s. Website clear, only minor gripe was that to change my payment method online I had to complete the renewal process and pay slightly early, I could not see any other method for changing payment details in advance of renewal.”

“Fairly easy to complete the questionnaire, the only difficulty was getting my husband health problems down (probably because I thought that they didn’t as health questions) But apart from that it was a quite easy, so would recommend them to anyone who need over 70’s travel insurance.”

“Very friendly and extremely helpful person. Automation not so good as it would not accept my card no for some reason, so had to be done verbally. Too long hesitation between instructions so maybe I was too impatient.”

“Was quick and easy to arrange but I did have trouble with the touch of the questions being so close together that I kept touching the wrong answer and had to keep going back - I eventually got it all right but wanted to mention to the young designers if the format please give a bigger gap! Older fingers have more trouble! But overall pleased with the plan I chose!”
