“The STCW training was informative, practical, and well organized. I gained valuable knowledge about maritime safety, personal survival techniques, fire prevention and firefighting, first aid, and ship security. The training improved my understanding of life onboard and the importance of following safety procedures and working effectively as part of a crew. Overall, it was a valuable experience that has prepared me better for working onboard a cruise ship.”

“Best service made simpler and I will continue to recommend it to all fellow maritime and yachting crew internationally. The price is not affordable internationally, it would help you grow faster if you keep this in mind. Especially for people who's starting in the industry. But a great way of learning and up-skilling.”

“Videos are two slow. The breaks between naming the topic and the actual text, the text and the end are too long. In average it's a 2 second pause between each block of the video. So 6 Sec per video. Makes 37min unnecessary "listening" for the whole Course. Some videos even had like 2min nothing at the end until it was possible to click the next video... No possibility to play the videos faster (1,25; 1,5; 2x of the normal speed). For the test practical exercises with the simulator are required, why are their no "training exercises" before the exam? Why is the ship handling within the simulator nowhere explained?”

“Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the website kept lagging. I also sent you guys a email about it as it affects my test result where I choose the correct answer but for some reason it automatically changed it to the wrong answer and included screenshot of the errors too but no response from you team which is poor customer service and I work in customer service. Its pointless to want to reach out now after this review so please don't. I passed my exam and got the certificate which is most important.”

“Bardzo przydatna forma kształcenia. Kurs był za długi. Należy oddzielić dział o molestowaniu i utworzyć osobny kurs.”

“The client need to read the code: STCW Table A-VI/1-4 on the course certificate. They are not specialist on STCW codes and paragraf and want to see this. If not the certificate is not usefull.”

“I had a great experience with STCW.online. The entire process was straightforward, professional, and incredibly convenient. Being able to complete STCW training online makes a huge difference, especially for people working in the yachting industry who may be travelling or have busy schedules.”
