“The registration procedure was not clear enough. Had to use different emails for initial login/payment and for the course. Perhaps others managed better. For experienced seamen exam was simple.”

“Overall, my experience was good. However, I was disappointed to find that my date of birth was incorrect on the certificate, even though I had provided the correct information during registration. When I contacted support, they initially asked me to pay $10 to correct the mistake, which I felt was unfair since the error was not on my part. Fortunately, they later corrected the certificate without any issue. In the end, the experience was not too bad, but the situation was a little disappointing.”

“I had some issues getting access to a pre-paid course paid by my company. I feel that this could have been some miss communication between myself and my training coordinators. However worth taking a look. Other than that the training platform and materials were great.”
