“Course was ok, but a criticism would be that the courses don't seem to run on an iPad, which a lot of people use. I had to borrow a laptop. Also one question (maybe 2?) involved a sort of multiple choice by tapping on symbols, this didn't work, so I failed one or two answers just through a technical glitch, as the page didn't respond properly. I still passed so didn't mind. The course itself is of relatively little benefit I think, but that isn't stcw.online's fault.”

Thank you for your review Rupert, we really appreciate it! Our courses do run on an iPad however when the settings have been addressed to allow opening a new window for running the course. Apple devices block opening a new window by default. Hopefully this will help if you decide to take another course in future> Kind regards, John & the STCW team

“I took the Security, Crowd Management and Crisis Management courses. All were easy to navigate. My only critique would be that there were so many duplicates in the Crisis Management course and they were the same as the Crowd Management. The cost of the Crisis Management was more expensive, which I don't understand, since so much of it was repeated from the Crowd Management course. Thank You.”

Hello Sanders. Thank you for your review, appreciated. And I understand what you are saying. You are correct, there is a substantial duplication in these courses, same goes for some other courses. “You could give hints during the training, respectively for the intermediate questions, which is explicitly important, as well as for the test afterwards. Otherwise, I have no further complaints and the support was very friendly and quick with the answers.”

“STCW.Online Easy to register & login. The program was easy to complete. Because I was doing 6 inclass STCW, which were thorough, days in class - I dont think STCW.ONLINEit is value for money -”
