“The registration procedure was not clear enough. Had to use different emails for initial login/payment and for the course. Perhaps others managed better. For experienced seamen exam was simple.”

“Overall, my experience was good. However, I was disappointed to find that my date of birth was incorrect on the certificate, even though I had provided the correct information during registration. When I contacted support, they initially asked me to pay $10 to correct the mistake, which I felt was unfair since the error was not on my part. Fortunately, they later corrected the certificate without any issue. In the end, the experience was not too bad, but the situation was a little disappointing.”

“My initial thought was, not another course trying to get my money. I actually thought it was a good course and for sure gave room for some thoughts of behavior at sea.”

“I had some issues getting access to a pre-paid course paid by my company. I feel that this could have been some miss communication between myself and my training coordinators. However worth taking a look. Other than that the training platform and materials were great.”

“The course is great but I think the certificate (hardcopy) must be included and not an extra for the amount of 25 euro’s”

“Was really good and well organized from the start of the course to having the test and certification. Option that could make the course quicker and more affective, Would be to add an option that we could play the course instead of reading it.”

“Overall, the course was well structured and provided a clear and comprehensive overview of essential safety procedures. The online format was convenient and easy to navigate, allowing for a flexible and accessible learning experience. It would be beneficial to see the content updated periodically, along with the inclusion of more interactive elements to further enhance engagement and knowledge retention. Providing the option to revisit or retake sections would also add value for those who want to strengthen their understanding. Considering the investment in the course, a more streamlined certification process, including the automatic issuance of stamped certificates, would further improve the overall experience. A valuable and worthwhile course that I would confidently recommend to anyone preparing to work at sea.”

“The course I took had quiz way too fast. 10 seconds sometimes aren't enought to read the question, the answers and think about the right one. Otherwise, very usefull website!”
