“Videos are two slow. The breaks between naming the topic and the actual text, the text and the end are too long. In average it's a 2 second pause between each block of the video. So 6 Sec per video. Makes 37min unnecessary "listening" for the whole Course. Some videos even had like 2min nothing at the end until it was possible to click the next video... No possibility to play the videos faster (1,25; 1,5; 2x of the normal speed). For the test practical exercises with the simulator are required, why are their no "training exercises" before the exam? Why is the ship handling within the simulator nowhere explained?”

“The client need to read the code: STCW Table A-VI/1-4 on the course certificate. They are not specialist on STCW codes and paragraf and want to see this. If not the certificate is not usefull.”

“Completed the Crowd and Crisis modules. Cheap, effective, got the job done. But terribly outdated content. One would hope the product would have been proof-read prior to being marketed, as it’s just full of mistakes, either written by AI or a 12 year old. And I believe a couple of the questions/answers are wrong. But it’s quick, took me an hour to complete both modules.”

“An informative course but I was half way through it and when I went to login again to complete it a few days later it had not saved the work I had done. I did send an email to your company asking if you could help me with this but never got a response so I just started the course all over again. A 'Save' button so students know for SURE their work is being saved would be a good idea.”

“I recently completed the STCW online course and found the content to be clear and informative. The course covered the necessary safety procedures and was easy to follow, especially with the flexibility of online learning. However, I am very disappointed with the pricing issue. The amount I was charged was higher than the price that was originally advertised. I have already sent an email with supporting documentation regarding this discrepancy, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. While the course itself is useful, the lack of communication and transparency regarding pricing has negatively impacted my overall experience”

“It was not easy to start the course, extremely difficult as there seems to be alot of bugs on the system, constantly asking me to re login again when i logged in already but had to log in again to start the course which i found a bit silly and then the sytem kept in saying error with the password which was wrong because my password was correct when i registered so it look me over 2 hours from start to finish to actually start the finish”
