“Found it hard to go back through the course noted after a failed test. Also the chemical burns question gave me incorrect for all 4 options.”

“I took the safety officer on board course. One of the questions was what percentage of accidents are caused by human error. In the course it said between 60 - 80% but that answer wasnt available and when i selected the nearest answer to it i got wrong answer. Please provide correct info fo the questions being asked.”

“In terms of purchasing and studying the course it is very straightforward and well organised. However, the phrasing and content of assessment questions seemed to be all over the place. Information that wasn't included in the chapters was then questioned and missing punctuation and vague phrasing made the exam section ultimately confusing.”

“The plus is that the course is convenient to buy and can be completed quickly. The quality of information is useful but ofcourse very dated. The part I don’t like is charging 25 euros extra for a hard copy of the certificate stamped and signed. This should be included in the price as it’s not cheap for what it is.”

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Our course content is updated regularly, approved by several Flag state authorities and audited with intervals by them. You also may find our pricing to be quit competitive . Our certificates are mailed as PDF and may be printed by the participant at any time. “I did the course last week Thursday and now on Wednesday I still haven’t received any proof of passing although I did send my ID for verification. Therefore only average performance.”

“The UI was a little troublesome at times. Navigating back to the course after accessing offerred external links was not an option and therefore had to go back to home page which offered yes/no options for continuance ...neither was visually there. You had to guess. You should also be able to navigate backwards and then forward up to your last progress point. Found the course itself quite good and thorough. Just the UI issues”

Regarding your remark about the flow we would like to say a stable internet is vital, when in doubt we advise to download the course through our App. Not quit sure what you mean by Powerpoint slides as we do not use this software. Could you perhaps be so kind as to send us some more detailed information of what should be updated? This will allow us to share it with the approving authorities and enable to amendments.
