“Found the course very well put together and interesting, but had trouble Connecting from my iPhone. Had to wait until I arrived home to use a Mac.”

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear that you had problems with your iPhone. The setting of Apple devices often block the opening of a new window required to start the course. A simple change of setting as instructed in our sign-on welcome mail and FAQ page usually solves the issue. It is good to hear that you managed and thank you for using STCW.online!

Thank you for your review and your remark, appreciated! Please note that, although some information may be superseded it is still considered relevant for the course. The course as-built has been approved by governmental authorities on a specific date and does not allow alterations until it is submitted for a new review and audit. “Please make your certificates to look more professional & aesthetically acceptable. Also, provision of hard copies should come with the course cost automatically. Most employing companies want hard copies and I think once the client completes the online course then immediately you should forward them the hard copy to their stipulated address without delay. Thank you for your comment Vusumzi! The content of STCW certificates has to be according the approving authorities. Design is always a matter of taste, some prefer an old fashioned style and some prefer a modern style

“STCW online, look at the courses as some of the courses are IMO approved but not MCA STCW endorsed so it's worth checking before hand, the SSO isn't STCW but the CSO is. Prices are reasonable.”
