“Almost 3 times the price of other online food hygiene level 2 courses with no added value. The course didn’t flow very well, and there were spelling mistakes throughout. I wouldn’t recommend this online course.”

“Very old videos... I understand the teaching can be used, but what is the point of having old videos if the teching can be extracted with any other methods nowadays? Also some of the questions in the test are trick question, not knowledge questions. They test on your brain, more than your knowledge. There is no need in my opinion to trick the answer by adding double negative on the question, and see if clever enough. It should not be about who is clever but about the knoweldge acquired on the training. Other questions also are very simple and easy to answer using only your common sense, and again do not test your knoweldge. So all in all 2 stars. “I did the course for the first time. I did not learn anything new. It is a lot of money for a course with such common information. And old movies. I need the cmhb,so happy to have it now, but I am not happy about the information in the course. And the strange questions at the end.”

“Courses are repetitive, same videos in each course. Also just very long winded and some videos not really relevant. As a long term seafarer I found it a bit slow and boring”

“Purchase didn't go well with error coming up when in fact the course had been bought. Took a while to get to the course even though I'd bought it. Course content wasn't that great and I didn't feel the slides were very good as a teaching aid. I feel the test questions that say - multiple answers apply should say how many answers - every other multiple guess test I take tells you how many - eg pick 2. Took a while to receive the email with the certificate. I would not recommend this course of Crowd Management to any of my fellow crew.”

“Registration of new courses is unclear, i keep inputting updated password and even reset it many times but keep getting the same wrong password message. It's not straightforward as it used to be.John has been very helpful with this, kudos to him.”

“Although I was happy to find this course, I found many issues. A major one is that you cannot go backwards in the course. You cannot redo it once it is done. Maybe you can, but then it is not clear at all how to, as I could not find it. 79 € for a one time experience is very expensive for an on-line course. Because of this I was very disappointed.”

“Good Day! As an officer with more than 20 years of sea service i count all these "mental" courses as some kind of hypocrisy coz we live in a world of commercial pressure with all these consequences arising thereafter.It does not mean that it was always so bad but money is the first issue there.I have said enough and i will not go in details because my opinion will change nothing .”
