“In my opinion, the course is very poor in their content. The videos displayed have a bad quality of sound and image. Some of the questions that i had to respond where not specifically related with the information provided during the course. There is no opportunity to check what is the correct answer, only it's showed if the answer was correct or not”

Good day Anonymous, Sorry you feel disappointed. Both courses are different but do have some overlap according their corresponding IMO modelcourses and have been approved by several national Shipping Inspectorates. “I was expecting more about this course. It only covers the role of Safety Officer Onboard in very general terms. It does not go in deepth about the specific hazards and risks that can be found on vessels. I´m feeling disappointed because I did not learn anything new. This course does not worth what I have paid for it.”

Hello Pena, The Crisis Management and Human Behavior course you took matches all the criteria set out in the IMO modelcourse and is approved by the Shipping Authorities (LISCR). We try to tailor our courses for all seafarers, no matter what their educational background or nationality is. So some will find the course easy where others will need more time to comprehend.
