“Copy-paste style course with "borrowed" videos from other companies.”

“The program kept freezing over and over again. I had to restart it what felt like at least 15 times. So a course that normally should maybe take around one hour ended up taking almost three hours. And you are actually charging money for this.”

“You took the oldest possible video on market to present something completely outdated. You should be ashamed, for 69 euros i at least expected minimum input from your side. For example not show a video on a bulk carrier from 1980”

“Incredibly unsatisfied with the ordering of a hard copy. They said they would ship it in 2 weeks. Only a while after I had paid the €25, did I receive an email stating they will be using the South African Postal system that they admit knowing is unreliable and would arrive late. But they tell me this after its been paid! You charge an international price that is expensive enough to have used a local courier in Souh Africa but then send in ail they know is unreliable and will be late and only tell me that after I paid!. I fly out 28th and join my ship 30th May in Seattle and have no certificate. Terrible.”

“It was kinda strange to watch a movie trailer with Tom Hanks and other trailers in a payed safety training. I would prefer professional learning videos instead. It felt like a joke that I payed 70€ for must watching a trailer I could watch for free on YouTube!”

“very disapointed, i will not recomended,i took the curses and when i want to verify them online ,i could not.They appear that are expired.,i get in touch with customer service and they are very unprofessional, the only thing that they did was appologise without fixing the problem. I recomand to take other courses .”

“That was the most useless course I've ever done. The test was impossible to fail. Who designed that? If you just want people to pass then dont bother making us all do courses - please. (the interface and online experience was fine, if that is your only role, you did fine)”

“Took the PSSR (again) as now they've decided to add a new module: Bullying and Harrassment. Money making farce is all I can say really. Everything mentioned/taught in the extension is basic common courtesy, if you need a course to tell you these basic life steps you dont belong in the civilised world.”
