“Basically, you pay for having the papers and that's it. The course is super bad. The fact that this is approved by the NE/EU is embarrassing. The costumers service tho is very professional, kind and friendly. I had a problem and they were very helpful”

Good day. Dear Anonymous, we are sorry that you feel disappointed. The Security Awareness course you took meets the international IMO standard and is indeed approved by the Netherlands authorities. Netherlands/EU-approved STCW certificates meet the highest standards in the world and are accepted on a global scale. But STCW.online is always open to suggestions. “I was not satisfied with the course. The course was very short, some basic messages came across, but it was lacking indepth knowledge. I was really surprised when I was already done with the course within 1 hour. I would have expected much more, especially when considering the price of 90 Euro. It is definitely not worth it. The other point of complaint concerns the multiple choise test. Several questions had NOTHING to do with the slides which I viewed beforehand. This is absolute nonsense, because that is no learning effect, just frustrating.”
