“Dear STCW ONLINE, I really enjoyed your course and your effort you put in developing the teaching materials, especially the chapter regarding the CONFLICT RESOLUTION. Just one tiny bit of improvement would be necessary: Module 1: Compliance with emergency procedures as the testing agecies emphasize the knowledge of steps when dealing with MAN OVERBOARD and FIRE In the Module pertaining Improvement of relationships on board, no mentioning was made regarding the topic prevention of drug and alcohol abuse. Thank you and keep up the good work!”

“Hello, this training was for me very surprisung. We all hope that we don´t have contact with pirates. I have the feeling now, that a modern cruise ship works like a powerful computer. There are a lot of symstens that should help us to have a save cruise journey. There is a lot of vocabulary that i don´t understand directly. For this reason I used a translator. Thanks”
