“Every was great especially that this course was available to get done on my own timing and space it was very understandable the only problem I have is that the hard copy was not in my budget and that was the reason I really did this course ,how am I going to get this hard copy certificate what’s the procedure?”

“Mark Lombard was very helpful he knew I had issues and he was more than helpful in fact we set sail today and I needed the cert asap due to poor Wi-Fi on the vessel and he asked if I needed it then and there after proving my I-identification this was mentioned to the first person I spoke with who was also fantastic can’t thank you enough Great customer service”
