Regarding your remark about the flow we would like to say a stable internet is vital, when in doubt we advise to download the course through our App. Not quit sure what you mean by Powerpoint slides as we do not use this software. Could you perhaps be so kind as to send us some more detailed information of what should be updated? This will allow us to share it with the approving authorities and enable to amendments. “It’s good that there is an opportunity to take the necessary courses online, it’s very convenient for me, since I don’t have the opportunity to go to courses at an educational institution. Thank you for your review, we greatly appreciate it! Actually, you can change your personal data in your dashboard but it will not reflect on your certificate after this has been generated. This setting is mandatory to avoid fraudulent actions. However, our support deck is more than willing to rectify a certificate in case an error. The STCW.online team
