“The lay out was easy and good to read but why is the crisis management £79 and the crowd management £55? Ridiculous price for the crisis management seeing as it’s online; especially considering a chunk of it was the same as the crowd management. Lots of it needs to be proof read.”

“Good morning, unfortunately is very difficult to get the certificate, is already 5 days and I don't received yet the mail whit my ceerigivate, the proces is to slow, and y you offered the document in 24 hours. I hope you can do it better”
