“The courses were heavily old and quite boring. The quality of the video was painfull and the lack of soundtrack during the presentation section was disturbing. However the crowd control course was a bit interesting.”

“In this training I would say it provides us more information more ideas on how we can deal in an emergency situations to ourselves and to the passengers that may occurs. Also help us know how we can prevent it to happen.Overall the online training is helpful,knowledgeable,informative,and well educating ..”
